Transparent Urban Digital Infrastructure Policy

“साफ शहर के साथ साफ डिजिटल व्यवस्था भी जरूरी है”

आज Telecom, Broadband और DTH सेवाएँ शहरी जीवन की मूलभूत डिजिटल infrastructure का हिस्सा बन चुकी हैं। इसलिए Clean Governance का अर्थ केवल सड़क, नाली और सार्वजनिक स्थानों की सफाई नहीं होना चाहिए; इसमें transparent billing, accountable service delivery और consumer protection भी शामिल होना चाहिए।

Broadband और telecom service में advertised speed और actual customer experience के बीच अंतर consumer trust को प्रभावित करता है।

A. Customer-owned
Consumer ने equipment खरीदा है।

B. Operator-owned
Equipment केवल service period के दौरान दिया गया है और termination पर return करना होगा।

C. Rental/EMI-based
Equipment के लिए monthly rental अथवा EMI ली जा रही है।

Invoice और customer account में equipment ownership status स्पष्ट होना चाहिए।


6. Complaint Resolution – शिकायत का Digital Tracking

Consumer complaint केवल call-centre ticket बनकर समाप्त नहीं होनी चाहिए।

एक Unified Consumer Complaint ID दिया जाए।
