डूएटी पर होने के बावजूत अगर पुलिस वाला वर्दी पर न हो और चालान कटाने की कोशिश कर जनता को ब्लैक मेल करता है तो क्या कोर्ट उस पुलिस वाले को १ साल ससपेंड करेगी।
चालान अमाउंट बढ़ने से करप्शन बढ़ेगा। दूसरे देश कैसे हैंडल करते है ताकि चालान प्रोसेस में भस्टाचार ना हो , जनता को अवैध रूप से ब्लैकमेल न किया जा सके। इसके लिए सड़को पर कैमरा लगा होना अनिवार्य होना चाहिए। उसी से चालान चाहिए।
जनता को पुलिस अवैध रूप से हर बात का चालान कोर्ट में जमा करने नाम पर और कोर्ट में समय नस्ट होने के नाम पर भस्टाचार बढ़ावा कर सके इसके लिए online , Paytm , UPI , aadhar बेस पेमेंट का option होना चाहिए। यहाँ तक की हर चालान पर 10/- का TDS जमा करना अनिवार्य होना चाहिए जिससे नकली चालान बुक से चालान काट जनता को ठगा ना सके। और भस्टाचार रोका सके।
देखा गया है कि पुलिस कर्मी जबरदस्ती गाड़ी की चाबी निकाल लेते है और जबरदस्ती चलन काटते है अपने चालन टारगेट के लिए। क्या इसके लिए पुलिस कर्मी को भी 1 साल के लिए ससपेंड किया जाना चाहिए ताकि भस्टाचार ना हो सके। क्या कोर्ट इस सन्दर्भ में कदम उठाएगी।
देखा गया है की पुलिस द्वारा दिखा कर गाड़ी रोकने के बावजूत जबरदस्ती जनता का ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस रख लिया जाता है और चालान टारगेट पूरे करने लिए जबरदस्ती ना किये गए गुना लिए भी जनता प्रताड़ित किया जाता है। क्या पुलिस कर्मी किसी का ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस छीन कर रखने के लिए ऑथॉरिज़ेड है। पुलिस कर्मी का काम है चालान करना व जनता को स्पस्ट रूप में बताना की किस लिए चालान किया गया है। ना कि लगाए गए झूठे आरोप पर sign करने के लिए गाड़ी की चाबी खींचना या लाइसेंस जप्ती में लेना। यहाँ भस्टाचार रोकने लिए digilocker में रखा Vehicle Regestration, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, इन्सुरेंस, पोलुशन सर्टिफिकेट मान्य होना चाहिए
किसी भी सूरत में जनता का शोषड़ नहीं होना चाहिए। भस्टाचार रहित भारत होना चाहिए।

लेकिन इन दो वर्षों में रोड सेफ्टी बोर्ड के गठन, सड़क सुरक्षा पर खर्च, राज्यों में रोड सेफ्टी अथॉरिटी बनाने और यात्रियों को सुविधाएं बढ़ाने के नाम पर निराशाजनक प्रगति देखने को मिली है. सड़क सुरक्षा, सुविधा और अधिकारों पर पर्याप्त फोकस नहीं है. रोड सेफ्टी से जुड़े एनजीओ और लाखों ट्रक चालकों से जुड़ी ऑल इंडिया मोटर ट्रांसपोर्ट कांग्रेस ने सरकार को कठघरे में खड़ा किया है.
ट्रैफिक जाम को कम करने और सड़कों की व्यवस्था में सुधार करने के लिए कई कदम उठाए जा सकते हैं.
मास्टर प्लानिंग:
- शहरों के विकास में सड़कों की मास्टर प्लानिंग को बेहतर बनाएं, ताकि वाहनों का सही से प्रबंधन हो सके और ट्रैफिक की ज्यादा संख्या वाले क्षेत्रों को ध्यान में रखा जा सके।
शहरी सार्वजनिक परिवहन:
- अच्छे सार्वजनिक परिवहन सेवाओं को बढ़ावा दें ताकि लोग अपने निर्दिष्ट स्थान पर पहुँचने के लिए व्यक्तिगत वाहनों का अधिक इस्तेमाल करें।
साइकिल और पैदल यातायात:
