आयकर विभाग ने एक नई ‘ऑनलाइन’ सुविधा शुरू की है जिसके माध्यम से कोई भी किसी व्यक्ति अथवा कंपनी की विदेशों में अवैध संपत्ति, बेनामी संपत्ति अथवा कर चोरी के बारे में सरकार को जानकारी दे सकता है। केन्द्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड (सीबीडीटी) ने मंगलवार को यह कहा। सीबीडीटी ने कहा है कि उसके ई-फाइलिंग पोर्टल https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in पर सोमवार को ‘कर चोरी अथवा बेनामी संपत्ति होल्डिंग की जानकारी देने संबंधी’ लिंक को चालू कर दिया गया है।

इस सुविधा के तहत स्थायी खाता संख्या (पैन) अथवा आधार नंबर रखने वाला या फिर ऐसा व्यक्ति जिसके पास पैन अथवा आधार नहीं भी है वह शिकायत दायर कर सकता है। इस ऑनलाइन सुविधा में ओटीपी आधारित वैद्यीकरण प्रक्रिया के तहत कोई भी आयकर कानून 1961 के उल्लंघन, अघोषित संपत्ति कानून और बेनामी लेनदेन बचाव कानून के तहत तीन अलग अलग फॉर्म में शिकायत दर्ज की जा सकती है।

5 करोड़ रुपये का इनाम

शिकायत दर्ज होने के बाद विभाग प्रत्येक शिकायत के लिए एक विशिष्ट नंबर देगा और उससे शिकायतकर्ता वेबलिंक पर उसके द्वारा की गई शिकायत पर होने वाले कार्रवाई की स्थिति देख सकेगा। इस नई सुविधा में कोई भी व्यक्ति ‘मुखबिर अथवा भेदिया’ भी बन सकता है और वह इनाम पाने का भी हकदार होगा। वर्तमान में लागू योजना के मुताबिक बेनामी संपत्ति के मामले में एक करोड़ रुपये और विदेशों में कालाधन रखने सहित अन्य कर चोरी के मामले में कुछ शर्तों के साथ पांच करोड़ रुपये तक का पुरस्कार दिए जाने का प्रावधान है।

Now in addition to the existing offline process as mentioned above, the subscribers shall also have an online option to submit the withdrawal documents and authorizing their withdrawal request by using OTP/e-sign to make the process seamless in a paperless manner.
