टिकटिंग के लिए क्यूआर कोड सिस्टम रेलवे स्टेशनों पर भी हवाई अड्डों की भांति क्यूआर कोड वाले संपर्क रहित टिकट (QR code enabled contactless ticketing) देने की योजना है जिन्हें स्टेशन और ट्रेनों पर मोबाइल फोन से स्कैन किया जा सकेगा। हवाई अड्डे की भांति सभी यात्रियों के लिए स्टेशन पर प्रवेश करते ही संपर्क रहित टिकट की जांच करने की प्रक्रिया के लिए नॉर्थ सेंट्रल रेलवे के प्रयागराज जंक्शन स्टेशन पर 1 जून से एक पायलट प्रोजेक्ट शुरू किया गया है।



सैटेलाइट से होगी ट्रेनों की ट्रैकिंग

रेलवे ने भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संस्थान (इसरो) के साथ सहमति पत्र पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं जिसके तहत ट्रेनों की सैटेलाइट द्वारा निगरानी की जा सकेगी। इससे ट्रेनों की लोकेशन और स्पीड के बारे में रियल टाइम डेटा मिलेगा। पहले चरण में 2700 इलेक्ट्रिक लोकोमोटिव और 3800 डीजल लोकोमोटिव पर जीपीएस डेवाइस फिट किए गए हैं। दूसरे चरण में दिसंबर 2021 तक 6000 और लोकोमोटिव को इससे जोड़ दिया जाएगा।

3. The current system in railway ticket reservation is not perfect intelligent. Most of the time if we choose lower birth ticket required ticket was not booked and money goes in failed transaction. Or if we choose none to at least book the ticket it gives middle or upper birth in railways train. So lower seat reservation quota should be introduced by railway government for the senior citizen, handicap person, pregnant women, and girls like in our metro train. Proper reservation marking should be defined in our new train system.

नई रेलवे लाइन परियोजना 

2021 तक, भारत में कई महत्वपूर्ण रेलवे परियोजनाएं चल रही थीं और कई नई रेलवे लाइनों का निर्माण किया जा रहा था। यहां कुछ मुख्य रेलवे परियोजनाओं का उल्लेख है जो 2021 से पहले जारी थे:

  1. देंदारडून-हरिद्वार मेट्रो लाइन: यह उत्तराखंड के देहरादून से हरिद्वार तक कनेक्ट करने के लिए एक मेट्रो परियोजना है जिसका उद्घाटन 2019 में हुआ था।

  2. बुलंदशहर-कुरुक्षेत्र रेलवे लाइन: यह नई रेलवे लाइन हरियाणा के कुरुक्षेत्र से उत्तर प्रदेश के बुलंदशहर तक जाती है और इसका उद्घाटन 2020 में किया गया था।

  3. कोंकण रेलवे एक्सटेंशन: भारतीय रेलवे ने कोंकण रेलवे को दक्षिण भारत के क्षेत्रों में बढ़ाया, और कुछ नई लाइनें और स्टेशन 2021 तक विकसित की गई थीं।

  4. बुलेट ट्रेन परियोजना: "वन नेशन वन टेक्स" नामक परियोजना के तहत, भारत सरकार ने बुलेट ट्रेनों की योजना बनाई थी, जिसमें दिल्ली-मुंबई और दिल्ली-कोलकाता के बीच हाई-स्पीड ट्रेन की बनाई जाने की योजना बनाई गई थी।

  5. सर्दर पटेल रूपी सरोवर (स्टैच्यू ऑफ यूनिटी): गुजरात के वडोदरा में सरदार पटेल के नाम पर एक विशाल प्रतिमा और स्टैच्यू ऑफ यूनिटी बनाने के लिए एक प्रोजेक्ट चल रहा था और इसका उद्घाटन 2018 में हुआ था।

  6. बिल्कुल इलाके के विकास के लिए नई रेलवे लाइनें: भारत सरकार ने गुजरात की अहमदाबाद-मुंबई, दिल्ली-मुंबई, और अन्य कई इलाकों के विकास के लिए नई रेलवे लाइनों की योजना बनाई थी।

प्रधानमंत्री 1850 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की रेल परियोजनाएं राष्ट्र को समर्पित करेंगे। इनमें कटनी-विजयसोटा (102 किलोमीटर) और मारवासग्राम-सिंगरौली (78.50 किलोमीटर) को जोड़ने वाली रेल लाइन का दोहरीकरण शामिल है। ये दोनों परियोजनाएं कटनी-सिंगरौली खंड को जोड़ने वाली रेल लाइन के दोहरीकरण की परियोजना का हिस्सा हैं। इन परियोजनाओं से मध्य प्रदेश में रेल बुनियादी ढांचे में सुधार होगा जिससे राज्य में व्यापार और पर्यटन को लाभ होगा।

PM GatiShakti -Infrastructure projects- Railway


The Ministry of Railways proposed a project for city logistics. The project was for Kanpur Anwarganj – Mandhana elevated railway track. It is a City specific project as it will increase line capacity utilization for railways and improve city logistics in the region. The project is located in the heart of Kanpur city wherein 16 Level Crossing (LC) are located in 16 Km stretch with GT road running parallel to this track. On both sides of the railway track there are important components such as universities, medical college, cardiology centre, cancer centre, good shed, consumption centres, warehouses, agricultural components, among others. Eventually, it leads to traffic jams and an increase in waiting time of trains, and vehicles. After the construction of this track rail logistics will improve by 4.2 MTPA. It will improve the container traffic in the region and result in saving of around Rs. 0.0021 Cr of fuel and Rs. 0.0026 Cr of emission. The present road traffic will also improve by 25% significantly improving industrial production and consumption. The Land released after dismantling of old track will be utilized for E-bus dedicated corridor and other commercial activities. Moreover, a skywalk connectivity through two metro stations will also be provided through this railway track. This project will improve the socio-economic status in the region with its holistic approach.

Further, a project by the Ministry of Railways for construction of Rail Bridge across river Ganga in connection with the new railway line connecting Vikramshila – Katareah railway station on East central railway in Bihar State was examined by the NPG. The project is about 40 KM from Bhagalpur alongside a stream on river Ganges. This is a critical infrastructure project as it will provide seamless freight flow movement after the completion. This project will provide connectivity to economic nodes of food grains, movement of cement to north Bihar and North east region, Eastern coal field, increase in stone chips boulders and other quarry products to 5 rakes a day.

Another project proposal was examined for doubling of Ajmer – Chittaurgarh railway line of 178.28 Km. This project will predominantly serve the industrial & tribal belt i.e., Ajmer, Bhilwara and Chittaurgarh districts of Rajasthan. The region has many religious, tourist and historic places in the project area i.e., Pushkar, Ajmer, Chittaurgarh & Udaipur. The project section also serves important food grain unloading stations like Ranapratapnagar Fertilizers loading stations viz. Debari (DRB), Cement/Clinker loading stations, Zinc mines, Spinning mills & textile hub and major defence establishment of Nasirabad. By doubling the line this project will improve 18.95% passengers time and save approximately 40-45 mins of travel time. It will provide multimodal connectivity and increase logistics efficiency in the region.

Ministry of Railways has launched ‘One Station One Product’ (OSOP) scheme over Indian Railways with objectives to promote ‘Vocal for Local’ vision of the Government of India, provide a market for local/indigenous products and create additional income opportunities for the marginalised sections of society. Under the scheme, OSOP outlets at railway stations are allotted for showcasing, selling and giving high visibility to indigenous /local products. Allotment is done to all applicants on a rotation basis who meet objectives of the scheme. The pilot of the scheme was started on 25.03.2022 and presently 535 stations are covered with 572 OSOP outlets. Product categories, under this scheme, include the following:

रेलवे बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष वी के यादव के अनुसार वर्तमान में दो डेडिकेटेड फ्रेट कॉरिडोर निर्माणाधीन है- पश्चिमी डेडिकेटेड फ्रेट कॉरिडोर (डब्ल्यूडीएफसी) जो उत्तर प्रदेश से मुंबई तक और पूर्वी डेडिकेटेड फ्रेट कॉरिडोर (ईडीएफसी) जो पंजाब के लुधियाना से पश्चिम बंगाल के दानकुनी तक है और इन कॉरिडोर का काम दिसम्बर 2021 तक पूरा किया जाना था

उत्तर प्रदेश में डीएफसी का दायरा एक हजार किलोमीटर से अधिक है।

भारत सरकार  इंडियन रेलवे का चोरो की तरह अपनी गलतिया छुपाने का सच।  एक तो इंडियन रेलवे टाइम से सर्विस देने में fail  हुई।  ऊपर से गलत नियम दिखा कर भारत को आम  जनता को ठगने  की कोशिश कर ३ घंटे से ज्यादा लेट चलने वाली ट्रैन के पैसे जनता को न लोटा कर फाइनेंसियल करप्शन की शुरुआत की गई।  इन सब से जनता का विश्वास भारत सरकार  की छवि, इंडियन रेलवे द्वारा की जा रही इस शर्मसार हरकत से शर्मशार हुई और जनता का विश्वास भारत सरकार से उठता हुआ है।

महामहि राष्ट्पति  महोदय और प्राइम मिनिस्टर ऑफ़ इंडिया  से अनुरोध है  की  रेलवे पर ख़राब सर्विस के लिए  टिकट AMOUNT का १००० गुना जुरमाना लगा जनता को वापस दिया जाए  और इंडियन रेलवे की accountability भी निश्चित हो.

हम अच्छी सेवाओं की पेशकश के लिए रेलवे को सेवा कर का भुगतान करते हैं. ट्रेन देर से चल रहे हैं तो क्यों पेनल्टी क्लॉज लापता है. रेलवे टिकट राशि का 10 गुना 3 घंटे तो देर से अधिक ट्रेन के लिए आईआरसीटीसी द्वारा भुगतान किया जाना चाहिए.
