CBDT were notified vide notification dated 3rd January, 2020

The eligibility conditions for filing of ITR-1 & ITR-4 Forms were modified with an intent to keep these forms short and simple with bare minimum number of Schedules. Therefore, a person who owns a property in joint ownership was not made eligible to file the ITR-1 or ITR-4 Forms.

The taxpayers with jointly owned property have expressed concern that they will now need to file a detailed ITR Form instead of a simple ITR-1 and ITR-4.

it has been decided to allow a person, who jointly owns a single house property, to file his/her return of income in ITR-1 or ITR-4 Form, as may be applicable, if he/she meets the other conditions. It has also been decided to allow a person, who is required to file return due to fulfilment of one or more conditions specified in the seventh proviso to section 139(1) of the Act, to file his/her return in ITR-1 Form.

1. एक नारी को तब क्या करना चाहिये जब वह देर रात में किसी उँची इमारत की लिफ़्ट में किसी अजनबी के साथ स्वयं को अकेला पाये ? 

Police का कहना है: जब आप लिफ़्ट में प्रवेश करें और आपको 13 वीं मंज़िल पर जाना हो, तो अपनी मंज़िल तक के सभी बटनों को दबा दें ! कोई भी व्यक्ति उस परिस्थिति में हमला नहीं कर सकता जब लिफ़्ट प्रत्येक मंजिल पर रुकती हो ! 

2. जब आप घर में अकेली हों और कोई अजनबी आप पर हमला करे तो क्या करें ? तुरन्त रसोईघर की ओर दौड़ जायें 

Police का कहना है: आप स्वयं ही जानती हैं कि रसोई में पिसी मिर्च या हल्दी कहाँ पर उपलब्ध है ! और कहाँ पर चक्की व प्लेट रखे हैं !यह सभी आपकी सुरक्षा के औज़ार का कार्य कर सकते हैं ! और भी नहीं तो प्लेट व बर्तनों को ज़ोर- जोर से फैंके भले ही टूटे !और चिल्लाना शुरु कर दो !स्मरण रखें कि शोरगुल ऐसे व्यक्तियों का सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन होता है ! वह अपने आप को पकड़ा जाना कभी भी पसंद नहीं करेगा ! 

3. रात में ऑटो या टैक्सी से सफ़र करते समय ! 

Police का कहना है: ऑटो या टैक्सी में बैठते समय उसका नं० नोट करके अपने पारिवारिक सदस्यों या मित्र को मोबाईल पर उस भाषा में विवरण से तुरन्त सूचित करें जिसको कि ड्राइवर जानता हो ! मोबाइल पर यदि कोई बात नहीं हो पा रही हो या उत्तर न भी मिल रहा हो तो भी ऐसा ही प्रदर्शित करें कि आपकी बात हो रही है व गाड़ी का विवरण आपके परिवार/ मित्र को मिल चुका है ! . इससे ड्राईवर को आभास होगा कि उसकी गाड़ी का विवरण कोई व्यक्ति जानता है और यदि कोई दुस्साहस किया गया तो वह अविलम्ब पकड़ में आ जायेगा ! इस परिस्थिति में वह आपको सुरक्षित स्थिति में आपके घर पहुँचायेगा ! जिस व्यक्ति से ख़तरा होने की आशंका थी अब वह आपकी सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखेगा ! 

4. यदि ड्राईवर गाड़ी को उस गली/रास्ते पर मोड़ दे जहाँ जाना न हो और आपको महसूस हो कि आगे ख़तरा हो सकता है - तो क्या करें ? 

Police  का कहना है कि आप अपने पर्स के हैंडल या अपने दुपट्टा/ चुनरी का प्रयोग उसकी गर्दन पर लपेट कर अपनी तरफ़ पीछे खींचती हैं तो सैकिण्डो में वह व्यक्ति असहाय व निर्बल हो जायेगा ! यदि आपके पास पर्स या दुपट्टा न भी हो तो भी आप न घबरायें ! आप उसकी क़मीज़ के काल़र को पीछे से पकड़ कर खींचेंगी तो शर्ट का जो बटन लगाया हुआ है वह भी वही काम करेगा और आपको अपने बचाव का मौक़ा मिल जायेगा ! 

5. यदि रात में कोई आपका पीछा करता है ! 

Police का कहना है: किसी भी नज़दीकी खुली दुकान या घर में घुस कर उन्हें अपनी परेशानी बतायें ! यदि रात होने के कारण बन्द हों तो नज़दीक में एटीएम हो तो एटीएम बाक्स में घुस जायें क्योंकि वहाँ पर सीसीटीवी कैमरा लगे होते हैं ! पहचान उजागर होने के भय से किसी की भी आप पर वार करने की हिम्मत नहीं होगी ! 

आख़िरकार मानसिक रुप से जागरुक होना ही आपका आपके पास रहने वाला सबसे बड़ा हथियार सिद्ध होगा !

Action by authority : show-cause notices to a few properties in the area for unauthorised construction,

District town planner had launched self-certification scheme for property owners, under which OCs were issued. “It was later observed that a few owners were misusing the scheme and carrying out unauthorised construction,” he said. The department has recently taken unprecedented action against such owners in DLF areas and Sushant Lok 1 by cancelling around 165 OCs.

एक दिन मेरे  पास एक फोन आया,

‘हेलो रमेश   !
पहचाना?’
कुछ देर पहेलियाँ बूझने के बाद पता चला कि दूसरी तरफ मेरे  कॉलेज के दिनों का साथी  है.

एक पल में उम्र की सलवटें ग़ायब हो गईं. दोनों अपने परिवार और कामकाज के बारे में एक दूजे को बताने लगे.

दोनों जोधपुर में  ही रहते हैं. घरों में बस 10 मिनट की दूरी, फिर भी कभी मिले नहीं!

अगले ही रविवार को दोनों परिवार सहित मिले. एक दूसरे के सम्पर्क में कौन-कौन दोस्त हैं? इसकी एक सूची बनायी गयी. और देखते ही देखते पूरा कॉलेज-कुनबा फिर से एकजुट हो गया.

हमने एक व्हाट्सअप ग्रुप बना लिया.

सभी दोस्तों को एक दूसरे की ख़बरें मिलने लगीं.

एक दोस्त की बेटी को आय.आय.टी. में प्रवेश मिला तो सभी ने बधाइयों के अंबार लगा दिए. साथ ही मज़ाक भी हुआ--कि भाई तुम तो पढ़ने में फिसड्डी थे, बेटी तुम्हारी ही है न! एक दोस्त के बेटे ने भारत की तरफ से एशियाई खेलों में शिरकत की, सबका सीना चौड़ा हो गया. ये बात सबने अपने सहकर्मियों को बताई. जब भी भारत का कोई नया उपग्रह आकाश में उड़ता तो खबर आती कि ‘इसरो’ में काम करनेवाले एक दोस्त ने भी उसमें अपना योगदान दिया है. सबको अच्छा लगता.

लेकिन फिर ग्रुप की फिज़ा बदली. एक दोस्त ने प्रधानमंत्री की तारीफ़ में कुछ लिखा,

कुछ लोगों ने इसका समर्थन किया.

ये बात एक असमर्थक साथी को नागवार गुज़री. उसने घंटों तक रिसर्च की उसने भी प्रधानमंत्री की देश का सबसे बुरा आदमी और राहुल गांधी को सबसे अच्छा ,समझदार ,एवं नई सोच का युवा नेता और गरीबों अल्पसंख्यकों का मसीहा बताया

एक दूसरे को झूँठा साबित करने में किसी ने कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी  बात इतनी बढ़ गई कि व्यक्तिगत लांछन शुरू हो गए

, आंकड़े सब अपने हिसाब से  तोड़-मरोड़ कर पेश करते हैं .

अब कोई भी विषय का विशेषज्ञ तो है नहीं , पर सुनी सुनाई बातों के आधार पर एक ‘शास्त्रार्थ’ शुरू हो गया. और जैसा कि इन बहसों में अक्सर होता है, बाकी मित्रों ने पलटवार किया कि ‘तुम देश के दुश्मन हो!’

असमर्थक मित्र के दिल को गहरी ठेस पहुंची. उसने बताया कि वो हर साल टैक्स भरता है, कि उसने भी कारगिल-युद्ध के शहीदों की मदद के लिए दान दिया था. और सबसे बड़ी बात उसके बड़े भाई सेना में हैं.

उसने कहा, ‘बात करने से कोई देशभक्त नहीं होता. तुम लोग पढ़े लिखे अनपढ़ हो!’

मुझे समझ न आया कि एक दूसरे से इतना प्यार करनेवाले दोस्त एक दूसरे के खिलाफ ऐसा जहर कैसे उगल सकते हैं? जो लोग कॉलेज के ज़माने में कभी एक दूसरे का साथ न छोड़ते थे, किसी भी मुद्दे पर कंधे से कंधा मिलकर खड़े होते थे अचानक उनको ये क्या हो गया है?

उन्होंने लिखा—दोस्तो! जब भी मैं ग्रुप देखता हूँ तो यही बातें दिखती हैं: इसको वोट दो. उसको मत दो.

वो चाय वाला है
वो पप्पू है
वो मूर्ख है
वो फेंकू है

इसका बाप चोर था.
उसके दादा  अय्याश  थे.
उसने गुजरात के दंगे करवाये
इसने सिखों को मरवाया

क्या हम आपस में मिलते हैं तो ये बातें करते हैं?

ग्रुप का मकसद एक दूसरे के साथ अपनी ज़िन्दगी के सुख-सुख बांटना है. एक दूसरे की सहायता करना है. इस ग्रुप के कारण एक दूसरे के प्रति वैमनस्य आये इससे बेहतर है कि हम ग्रुप को ख़त्म कर दें. ताकि जब मिलें तो आपस में प्यार से मिलें!

Ironically this pro-children act was framed in 2012 to ensure speedy trial and swift justice to children but data suggests that in reality these cases go on for years.

Ministry of Law and Justice is the oldest limb of the Government of India dating back to 1833 when the Charter Act 1833 enacted by the British Parliament. The said Act vested for the first time legislative power in a single authority, namely the Governor General in Council. By virtue of this authority and the authority vested under him under section 22 of the Indian Councils Act 1861 the Governor General in Council enacted laws for the country from 1834 to 1920. After the commencement of the Government of India Act 1919 the legislative power was exercised by the Indian Legislature constituted thereunder. The Government of India Act 1919 was followed by the Government of India Act 1935.

Indian Armed Force personnel when they die or become disable while on  duty, their life is NOT insured by the Govt of India, but insured by the soldiers themselves  by paying heavy  amount of  insurance premium out of their own salary. 

Even after 71 years of Independence and India is now economically stable, Govt of India is not able to pay the premium for life insurance of their own soldiers when they lay their life for the country.

Monthly contribution as insurance premium is deducted from the salary of soldier who have no option but to bear the burden themselves to insure their own life. देश के लिए जॉन भी दे और परिवार की आर्थिक सुरक्षा के लिए अपने ही वेतन से जीवन बीमा  कराए।

Army, Navy and Air Force on their own and without any assistance from Govt of India has set up their own Insurance organisation, which are functioning as Cooperative societies, and  fully  funded by the these soldiers themselves. 

These insurance societies of armed forces are not part of any Govt establishments. Even all administrative expenditure and salary of staff of these three societies of Army, Navy and Air Force is paid out of pocket of indian Soldiers.

This is not just a shame for one of the world's biggest emerging economy, but for all citizens of India, 

Army, Navy and Air Force must stop  mandatory deduction of insurance premium from the salary of all soldeirs while on duty and Govt of India Should bear the expenditure and insure the life of soldiers, as being done by all three force of India themselves.

I request you all to kindly sign this petition for restoring the honour and rights of our soldiers sacrificing their lives for the Nation.

Dear Friends, we have not inherited this earth from our forefathers but we have borrowed it from our future generations. So today I want to share my views on the nature and artificial world that we have created around us . Today the time has come to think seriously to save our earth as the earth is unique not in our solar system but I think that it is unique in the whole universe.

 

It was time when we truly believed that the nature is our home. Amidst of the forest , river, mountains and animals our fore fathers created the Vedas and the panchtantra. The morning would start in peace with the glowing sun. But the advancement of science and technology over the years have vanished all what we call “nature”. Recall the olden days in the villages when life was simple. All the eatable that we used to get was generated/processed at home i.e the pulses the, milk and other accessories. The natural process like winnowing that our grand mothers ,mothers and forefathers used.i.e separating the husk from the grain. Everything was organic in those days and was not branded. But today we have branded it as “Organic food” and mostly we have adulterated the grains and the gene of the grains. It is not limited to the grains only . We have done the same with the animals as well as the human spices. If I talk about the equipment and the technology that we are using in our Metso . It is not a technology . it an art that our fore fathers knew it long back. It may be screening or separation of particular  materials from other material.  Only we have refined and added value. Gone are the days when we would lie down in the shade of the trees  and enjoy the sight of the twinkling stars on clear summer night . Today the gone are the days when poets would  beautifully pen down the  Flowers,  Lakes and the mountains.   It is very astonishing to say that the rain forests has reduced its cover from 14% to 6 percent.  And it is also very painful to  say that when I shall finish my speech around 500 hectares of forest will be cleared from this earth.

 

It is not that we have not come up with solutions like van Mahotsav, Environment day , Ganga Action Plan  but the execution is lacking some   where at our end. Recently our prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi started “ Swachh Bharat Abhiyan” but it soon became a trend and every celebrity was seen posting pictures with brooms on social media.

 It is high time that we should   understand the gravity of the situation. Wouldn’t it be wonderful that instead of flying to Mars , we should take action to beautify our earth.

We are eating up all the raw material  ores and minerals which leads to poverty unemployment etc. ultimately the decline of economy..

The disturbances made by the human species within the nature has resulted in global warming ozone thinning and climate change . This should not merely be  a topic of debate but also to be taken action upon. This has to be done before the theory changes from – survival of the fittest to the survival of the richest.

At the end I should only say that there is “enough for everyone’s need  but not for any ones greed.”

It used to be my child hood days when the bus would drop me at  the gate of the school. As I entered the school  a lavish garden full of variety of flowers blooming all around was the first glimpse. A board pegged in the middle of the garden boldly said “PLEASE DO NOT PLUCK FLOWERS”. The line say a lot if you connect the same with EQ.

In those days we used to follow the same as  EQ was dominating the Body and the soul. Now a day the EQ has reduced to such a level that we are not in a position to judge the good and the bad. We are well aware of IQ.  What is EQ.????.

EQ is the ability to Know the Emotions of others!  Man, or an animal.

But how an Emotion (EQ) can be judged, How the same is related to Soul and how the body is related to soul ?

When the soul leaves the body, when a person dies,  do you think the soul has left the body, Practically YES.  But spiritually “NO”. When we construct a house, and start living in the house and if some other person removes a brick from the house we resist. If our car which we are using is hit we resist and try to fight out the culprit. The same is the case of the body and the soul. the emotional connect is maintained with the soul and the body till the last rites are not performed as per Hindu Mythology

To reduce this emotional connect with the body and the soul after the soul has departed as per Hindu mythology the elder son is responsible to give the mukha Agni. The divine fire to the body at the time of cremation. Why the elder son/daughter? Because he/she is the first child who as been provided the full-fledged love of the parent. The SOUL thinks the boy whom I taught to walk by holding my fingers is burning my houses in which I was there for 60, 70, 90 success full Years. There is a slight detachment of EQ with the son and parallel with the near ones.  Once the body has turned to ashes still the soul tries to be with the ashes that are left and is still trying to mend its broken house in which the soul lived for the total life.  Once the ashes are submerged into holy water of the Ganges or are spread on the Himalayas then there is a total detachment of the soul. It is because the water is the only available substance on the Earth which has the capacity to dissolve most of the things. At the last the soul thinks that which particles from this water I should collect to mend the body as everything has vanished in this water and hence at the last it becomes free and liberated.

 

But we need to think on the positive side .

 

Shveta gave a slap to her daughter. The daughter started weeping. Nani started crying on Shveta as to why you hit. The emotional connect came into existence. Parallelly the daughter started scolding Nani as to why are you scolding my mother, though Shveta had given a slap to her daughter. After wards Shveta regretted as to why she gave a slap. As per HINDU  mythology , the embryo in the mothers stomach gets life after a period of 4 to 5 months. Before 4 to 5 months the embryo/ egg in the mothers stomach prepares itself to get suitable pure/holy soul. The soul which rested in piece with the gods  again tries to get into its suitable embryo. The suitable mother or the embryo is the choice made by the soul itself based on the  role it has to play on the earth as suggested by god and the Karma he needs to perform.

 

But in today’s world we are in a new process and the word “Abortion”. is visible in the News channels, in the hospital hoarding. We have started differentiating between a girl child and a boy child. The Emotional connect (EQ) is getting retarded day by day . Have we become inhuman. The Hindu Mythology differentiated the gods:

2. Vishnu      --------------   The survivor
3. Mahesh ( GOD SHIVA)    --------------  The destroyer

In the  Chorological order of their organisation. The destroyer is always  placed at the last. We human beings are have placed the Mahesh in the first place which is wrong. We should follow the chronological order provided by Hinduism. Let the mother, having the second soul within,  which is eager to come on earth , become the Brahma and Vishnu. Let the “Nature” become the Mahesh .”( SHIVA)  The natural destroyer”.  Rather than repeating the word abortion from time to time we should repeat the word “Proper Planning” and increase our EQ. Proper Planning shall lead to quality human being on earth.  At the last ,but not the least, I shall only urge “PLEASE DO NOT PLUCK FLOWERS” . Let the flowers Bloom to there full width. National pension system (NPS) is locked until the subscriber makes an exit from the scheme, there are some exceptions made from time to time to allow the subscribers to withdraw a part of the accumulated funds.


Currently, the withdrawal limit is 25% and can be made for a host of reasons that include critical illness, the marriage of children and the purchase/construction of the house. Recently, the pension fund regulator PFRDA allowed the NPS (National Pension System) subscribers to withdraw the money for purposes that include higher education and investment in new business. NPS is the government's flagship social security programme.
