Earth Day is observed every year on April 22nd. It's a great time to remember to respect the Earth and to commit to making tiny adjustments to help conserve it. This year, the Ministry of Earth Sciences welcomes people from all walks of life to take part in a ‘Share your unique Ideas’ contest based on this year's theme, ‘Invest in Our Planet’.
The contest's goal is to encourage the nation's passionate young to not only share but also implement their innovative ideas for a more sustainable future that will benefit society as a whole. The contest will be in English and Hindi.

Draft National Data Governance Framework Policy 

India is accelerating towards an increasingly digitised and data-driven economy. With increasing digitization and engagement, the volume of data is also increasing exponentially, providing opportunities for better governance, service delivery and innovation in sectors critical for societal transformation.

Against this backdrop, the National Data Governance Framework Policy aims to enhance access, quality, and use of data, in line with the current and emerging technology needs of the decade.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas, inputs and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the hub for Data-driven innovation and decision making.

Unsung Heroes of the Freedom Movement

As part of the 'Bharat Ki Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' celebrations, a series of events are being organized by the Government of India to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of India’s Independence.

Through this MyGov activity, we aim to revisit history and acknowledge our local heroes whose struggles during the Freedom Movement have not received prominence in the conventional storyline. Let's raise awareness about our freedom struggle & the unsung heroes associated with it. It’s time that the contributions of fighters like Veer Gundandhur, Velu Nachiyar, Bhikaji Cama, etc. see the light of the day.

Develop a robust Tribal Economy

 

Tribal development forms the foundation for the economic growth of a nation which carries with it a substantial portion of the tribal population. Supporting the native tradition is the key to building a strong community and a healthy economy. With 8% of the population of India belonging to the Scheduled Tribe it becomes critical for the government to safeguard their interest and promote their livelihood. TRIFED the Government of India established organization, supported by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs has been a security net for the tribes across the nation for over 30 years now. It has taken several initiatives for socio-economic welfare and empowerment of tribal communities through capability building, marketing, distribution, packaging, and other supporting activities.

Inhabiting the remotest parts of the country and being reserved, poses several problems for the community as well as the government in assisting their growth

• Dwelling in the Natural Habitat they carry a wealth of knowledge in plants, forest produces as well as ancient herbs, which is tantamount to that of an expert. With efficient support, this can be developed further to generate significant income for the community
• There has been an increase in the rate of unemployment among schedule tribes in the past few years owing to the lack of connection to the mainstream market
• Despite having been given reservations by the central government, residing in rural areas have posed difficulty for them in making the most of the benefits offered
• Members of the tribal community have made noteworthy contributions to the nation right from our struggle for freedom to the field of Healthcare, Education, and Technology. This shows that the community holds the potential to thrive under proper guidance

Taking the aforesaid points into consideration, TRIFED has committed itself to ensuring the all-around welfare of the Indian tribes. This is not limited to just inculcating entrepreneurial skills among them or having built an exclusive brand “Tribes India” for them but extends to establishing Van DhanKendras, providing awareness about vaccination for Covid, providing vocational training, and organizing Trade Fairs on a massive scale. The recent decision to observe the 15th November-the birth anniversary of tribal icon BirsaMunda as “Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas” is praiseworthy and TRIFED would unveil The National Tribal Festival “Aadi Mahotsav” on the following day to commemorate it. This festival is not only a platform for the tribal artisans to showcase their valuable skills but the revenue that it generates for the community is of utmost significance.

National Youth Policy

The Government has reviewed the existing draft National Youth Policy, 2014 and prepared a new draft National Youth Policy (NYP). The draft NYP envisages a ten - year vision for youth development that India seeks to achieve by 2030. It is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and serves to 'unlock the potential of the youth to advance India'. The draft NYP seek to catalyze widespread action on youth development across five priority areas viz. education; employment & entrepreneurship: youth leadership & development; health, fitness & sports; and social justice. Each priority area is underpinned by the principle of social inclusion keeping in view the interests of the marginalized sections.

पहला साल- 21,000×12= 2,52,000

काशी विश्वनाथ मंदिर आने-वाले श्रद्धालुओं को गलियों और तंग संकरे रास्तों से नहीं गुजरना पड़ेगा. यह कॉरिडोर बनने के बाद गंगा घाट से सीधे कॉ‍रिडोर के रास्‍ते बाबा विश्‍वनाथ के दर्शन किए जा सकते हैं. इसकी कुल लगात 900 करोड़ रुपए है. काशी को दुनिया के सबसे पवित्र शहरों में से एक माना जाता है. मान्यता है भगवान विश्वनाथ यहां ब्रह्मांड के स्वामी के रूप में निवास करते हैं. काशी विश्वनाथ मंदिर भगवान शिव के 12 ज्योतिर्लिंग में से एक है.

• सवा 5 लाख स्क्वायर फीट में बना काशी विश्वनाथ धाम बनकर पूरी तरह तैयार है. इस भव्य कॉरिडोर में छोटी-बड़ी 23 इमारतें और 27 मंदिर हैं. 
• इस पूरे कॉरिडोर को लगभग 50,000 वर्ग मीटर के एक बड़े परिसर में बनाया गया है. इस कॉरिडोर को 3 भागों में बांटा गया है. इसमें 4 बड़े-बड़े गेट और प्रदक्षिणा पथ पर संगमरमर के 22 शिलालेख लगाए गए हैं.जिसमें काशी की महिमा का वर्णन  है.
• इसके अलावा इस कॉरिडोर में मंदिर चौक, मुमुक्षु भवन, तीन यात्री सुविधा केंद्र, चार शॉपिंग कॉम्प्लेक्स, मल्टीपरपस हॉल, सिटी म्यूजियम, वाराणसी गैलरी जैसी सुख-सुविधाओं की भी व्यवस्था की गई है.
• काशी विश्वनाथ कॉरिडोर में अगर गोदौलिया वाले गेट से कोई एंट्री करेगा तो यूटिलिटी भवन, सिक्योरिटी ऑफिस मिलेगा
• इसके अलावा यात्री सुविधा केंद्र नंबर 1 और 2 सरस्वती फाटक की तरफ हैं
• इसमें चुनार के गुलाबी पत्थर, मकराना के सफेद मार्बल और वियतनाम के खास पत्थरों का इस्‍तेमाल किया गया है 
• 250 साल के बाद मंदिर का पहली बार जीर्णोद्धार हुआ है
• इस कॉरिडोर के बनने के बाद  श्रद्धालु 50 फीट की सड़क से गंगा किनारे से बाबा विश्‍वनाथ के दर्शन कर सकेंगे
• काशी विश्वनाथ धाम में महादेव के प्रिय पौधे रुद्राक्ष, बेल, पारिजात, वट और अशोक लगाए जाएंगे 
• एक अध्यादेश के जरिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने मंदिर पर क्षेत्र को विशिष्‍ट क्षेत्र घोषित किया था. जिसके बाद आसपास के कई भवनों को अधिग्रहित किया गया था. काशी विश्वनाथ मंदिर का 1780 में जीर्णोद्धार महारानी अहिल्या बाई होल्कर ने किया था. इसके बाद महाराजा रणजीत सिंह ने 1853 में मंदिर के शिखर सहित अन्य स्थानों पर सोना लगवाया था.

यूरोपियन देश #यूक्रेन में बड़ी बड़ी शानदार बिल्डिंगें है.. चमचमाती हुई सड़कें और लंबी लक्जरी कार गाडियां हैं सड़कों पर साइकिल तो क्या दोपहिया वाहन भी दिखाई नहीं देते क्योंकि सबके पास महंगी लक्जरी गाडियां जो है अच्छे मेडिकल कॉलेज भी है...

युनिवर्सिटी है तभी तो मेडिकल शिक्षा के लिए भारत के हजारों छात्र यूक्रेन में पढ़ाई कर रहें हैं यानि यूक्रेन में चारों तरफ संपन्नता है अगर नहीं है तो सामरिक शक्ति ,मजबूत सेना , अत्याधुनिक हथियार और वहां की जनता में राष्ट्रवादी भावना यही कारण है कि मात्र दो घंटे में रुस ने यूक्रेन को घुटनों पर लाकर खड़ा कर दिया यूक्रेन के

सेनिक भाग खड़े हुए हैं। यूक्रेन के राष्ट्रपति आम लोगों से युद्ध लड़ने की अपील कर रहें हैं..

इसके लिए सारी पाबंदियां भी हटा दी गई है... यूक्रेन आम नागरिकों को युद्ध लड़ने के लिए हथियार देने की बात भी कह रहा है पर मजाल यूक्रेन का एक भी नागरिक युद्ध लड़ने को तैयार हुआ हो , क्योंकि यूक्रेन के नागरिकों में इजराइल के नागरिकों की तरह राष्ट्रवाद की भावना ही नहीं है।

सब कारोबार चौपट हो गया है कारखाने फैक्ट्री बंद हो गई लोग रोजगार तो क्या अपनी जान बचाने के लिए सिमित संख्या में मौजूद बंकरों में छुप रहें हैं अंडरग्राउंड मेट्रो स्टेशनों में शरण ले रहें हैं। यानि सब कुछ होते हुए भी यूक्रेन आज जिंदगी की भीख मांग रहा है।

ये लेख भारत के उन लोगों को समर्पित है जो राष्ट्रवाद और राष्ट्रवादियों को गाहे बगाहे गालियां देते रहते हैं तथा सिर्फ महंगाई, बेरोजगारी और आलू प्याज टमाटर तथा मुफ्त की योजनाओं को ही देश के विकास का पैमाना मान बैठे हैं। यह लेख राहुल गांधी के उस मूर्खतापूर्ण बयान को भी आइना दिखाता है जिसमें अभी कुछ ही दिनों पहले  राहुल गांधी ने कहा था कि सेना की मजबूती अत्याधुनिक हथियारों के जखीरे इकट्ठा करने से देश का विकास नहीं होता राहुल गांधी जैसे मंदबुद्धि को रुस यूक्रेन युद्ध से शाय़द थोड़ी अक्ल आ जाये हम ईश्वर से यही प्रार्थना करते हैं और उन मुफ्तखोरों को भी समझ आ जायेगी, क्योंकि किसी भी देश के विकास का रास्ता उसकी सैनिक ताकत, सीमाओं की मजबूत सुरक्षा और अत्याधिक हथियारों से होकर निकलता है।

मोदी सरकार में पेट्रोल डीजल के दाम बढ़ने पर रोने वाले लोग किस मुंह से खुद को राष्ट्रवादी कहते है ?

क्या ये बढ़ा हुआ पैसा राष्ट्र के विकास में खर्च नहीं हो रहा ?

क्या आपके टैक्स की पाई पाई सेना के आधुनिकरण पर नहीं खर्च हो रही ?

क्या आपके द्वारा दिया गया किसी भी प्रकार का टैक्स किसी भ्रष्टाचार की भेंट चढ़ रहा है ?

क्या आपके द्वारा पेट्रोल डीजल पर चुकाई जा रही कीमतों से रोड, ब्रिज, टनल, 2 साल से 80 करोड़ को मुफ्त अनाज, 130 करोड़ लोगो को दो डोज मुफ्त वैक्सीन इत्यादि पर खर्च नहीं किया जा रहा है ?

तो क्यों रो रहे हो ? हां अगर ये सारा पैसा मोदीजी अपनी जेब में भर रहे हों या अपने किसी रिश्तेदारों की जेब में भर रहे हो, देश में कोई विकास का काम धाम न हो रहा हो, सेना को मजबूत न किया जा रहा हो, विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर विकसित न किया जा रहा हो, तब तो आपका पेट्रोल डीजल और गैस की बढ़ी कीमतों पर रोना समझ में आता है।

आपके द्वारा टैक्स के रूप में दी जा रही पाई पाई मोदी सरकार राष्ट्र के निर्माण में खर्च कर रही है।

ऐसे ही नहीं 7 लाख किलोमीटर से अधिक ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में पक्की सड़कें बन रही है।

ऐसे ही नहीं 50 हजार किलोमीटर लंबे हाईवे एक्सप्रेसवे का जाल बिछ रहा है।

ऐसे ही नहीं सीमाओं पर, दुर्गम पहाड़ी इलाकों में हजारों किलोमीटर पक्की सड़कें, सैकड़ों ब्रिज और सुरंगे बन रही है।

ऐसे ही नहीं हजारों किलोमीटर लंबी गैस पाइपलाइन बिछ रही है।

हम सबको यह समझना होगा की पेट्रोल डीजल की खेती हमारे घर में नहीं होती है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाज़ार से खरीदना पड़ता है। बाजार में जो भाव होगा उसी भाव पे तो खरीदना पड़ेगा। 

आपको सस्ता पेट्रोल डीजल उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए मोदी सरकार अमेरिका से पंगा लेते हुए रूस से डिस्काउंट पर क्रूड ऑयल खरीद रही है। वरना क्या जरूरत थी मोदी सरकार को ऐसा करने की ?

आपातकालीन परिस्थिति के लिए सरकार 90 दिनों का स्ट्रेटजिक क्रूड ऑयल रिजर्व बना रही है।

पेट्रोल डीजल के दाम केवल भारत में ही नहीं बढ़े है, दुनिया भर में बढ़े है। उन देशों में भी बढ़े है जहां इसका उत्पादन होता है।

या तो मोदी सरकार भी वही कांग्रेसियों वाला काम करे और पेट्रोल डीजल गैस के दाम कम रखने के लिए देश की जनता को बिना कुछ बताए लाखों करोड़ों का ऑयल बॉन्ड ऋण ले ले और उसके भुगतान का बोझ आने वाली पीढ़ियों पर डाल दे। तब आप खुश रहेंगे ?

आपको दिख नहीं रहा की मोदी सरकार आपको राहत पहुंचाने के लिए कितनी तेजी से पेट्रोल डीजल के विकल्प पर काम कर रही है ? जगह जगह इलेक्ट्रिक चार्जिंग स्टेशन स्थापित करवा रही है। इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल को बढ़ावा दे रही है। फ्लेक्स फ्यूल इंजन वाली गाड़ियां बनाने के लिए ऑटोमोबाइल कम्पनियों पर दबाव बना रही है। इथेनॉल का उत्पादन बढ़ा रही है। इतना ही नहीं हाइड्रोजन फ्यूल पर चलने वाली गाड़ियां भी जल्द ही लेकर आ रही है। इसके अलावा भविष्य में सस्टेनेबल ईंधन के नये विकल्पों का पता लगाने के लिए रिसर्च पर पैसा खर्च कर रही है।

ये सारे काम फ्री तो होंगे नहीं... पैसा लगेगा... आपके पैसे का सही उपयोग हो रहा है... आपका पैसा राष्ट्र निर्माण में लग रहा है... जिसका फायदा आपको, आपकी आने वाली कई पीढ़ियों को होगा...

Observation & Grievance : 

1  परिजन की मृत्यु के बाद पूरा परिवार शोक में डूबा रहता है  १२ दिन तक रस्मे चलती रहती है  क्या मृत्यु की 7 दिन में सर्टिफिकेट बनवाना अनिवार्य होना  -सरकारी corruption को बढ़ाने  जैसा नहीं। 

2 . कभी बाबू नहीं हे कभी साहब छुट्टी पर  है , कभी सर्वर नहीं चल रहा  कल आना। .. क्या ये सब करने से जनता की एजेंट की तरफ धकेला नहीं जा सकता,  क्या इससे सरकारी करप्शन नहीं बढ़ेगा।

3 . क्या सरकारी सर्वर नहीं चलने, नेट नहीं चलने पर सरकारी करने से ७ दिन में सेर्टिफिकेट िसुए नहीं कर पाने के केस में सरकार  जनता के harrased  होने पर  500 /- प्रतिदिन  की पेनल्टी जनता को देगी। 

4 . सरकारी बाबू और सरकारी अफसरों पर कितनी पेनल्टी लगेगी देर होने पर। 

5 . जन्म होने के बाद बच्चे  को  किसी तरह की बीमारी होने पर  निमोनिया। ...परिवार बच्चे का इलाज कराए या जन्म प्रमाण पत्र  लेने के लिए भागे। ..

6 . आपके घर बच्चा हुआ है  सर चाय पानी  के नाम पर सरकारी करप्शन नहीं होगा इस की क्या व्यवस्था है। 

7 . आपके घर बच्चा हुआ है  रजिस्ट्रेशन का डाटा कैसे सिक्योर्ड होगा  हिजड़ो को शेयर कर जनता का हर्रासमेंट नहीं होगा इसकी क्या व्यवस्था है। 

8 . हिन्दू कल्चर में ६ छटे दिन नामकरण होता है  परिवार बच्चे का उत्सव मनाए या जन्मप्रमाण पत्र  के लिए सरकारी विभाग के चक्कर लगाए।

Lost trust on uber services.unprofessional services from uber- SAFETY CONCERN WITH UBER

Now we have lost trust on uber services. Most of the time driver not comming after booking.  Driver call me sir where you need to go i said old delhi railway station. That time driver was only 2 minute away from pickup location then he change the rute and switch off his phone i called may be 8-10 time but every time call disconnected. Later on i message on chat i have train so due to mistakes of uber i should loose my tarin. Then he replied sir gadi kharab ho gai he start nahi ho rahi. Due to unprofessional services from uber i lost my train. I am not able to pick my train.  Then i received 20/-invoice .is this the quality of uber service. Why should we recommend uber.? Specially in haryana. Drivers are unprofessional and misbehaving with customer like this. Uber is most unreliable service during going to airport and railway station. This is not first time happened with uber most of the time previously also happened similer issue previously also one driver said sir chai pi rahe he agar jaldi he to trip cancelled kr dusari cab book kar le. Is this the level of uber. 

SAFETY CONCERN WITH UBER 

I going to report this safety concern with ministry of transport and going to submit FIR in sector 57 police station against uber.

एम्प्लायर का लेट से फॉर्म 16 इशू करना अभी फन बनकर रह गया है  क्युकि 100 /- per day ( section 272A(2)(g) of the I-T Act) की पेनलिटी एम्प्लॉयीर के लिए कुछ भी नहीं  और इस बीच  फाइनेंसियल फिगर की एडजस्ट करने का टाइम employer को मिल जाता है।  एम्प्लायर पिछले साल ही अपने  एक्सपेंसेस  में टैक्स बेनिफिट ले चूका होता है। 

इनकम टैक्स रूल में कमी की वजह से टैक्स चोरी , भारत में करप्शन में बढ़ावा हो रहा है , टेक्निकल कमी के चलते एम्प्लोयी का हरस्मेंट होता हे और उस पैर देर से इनकम टैक्स भरने पैर पेनल्टी लगती है।

अगर  employee  लेट से इनकम टैक्स रेतुर्न भरे  तो 10000 /-  पेनल्टी after  due date, पर यदि employer  लेट से फॉर्म 16  इशू करे आफ्टर 31  मई  तो केवल 1 00/- पेनल्टी -section 272A(2)(g) of the I-T Act

WHAT IF THE EMPLOYER DOES NOT PROVIDE FORM 16?

Every employee has the right to obtain the TDS certificate, i.e., the Form 16, from her employer. And according to section 203 of the I-T Act, if tax was deducted on the employee’s income, the employer has to furnish Form 16.

The Act further stipulates that the employer should issue the forms by 31 May after the end of the relevant financial year in which the income was paid and tax deducted. And if the forms are not issued by then,

Penalty on Employer

under section 272A(2)(g) of the I-T Act, the employer is liable to pay a penalty of 100 per day of default till it issues the form.

If there was no TDS on the income, then the employer can decline to issue the form of that employee.

What Employee can do?

Employees can approach the accessing officer (AO), under whose jurisdiction she has to file her ITR, and give a written complaint against the defaulting employer. Based on the complaint, the AO may take appropriate action or initiate penalty proceedings against the employer.

दूसरा सबसे बड़ा करप्शन का कारण है Income tax Salary due bases rule में पेमेंट करने की तारीख 30 दिन से ज्यादा नहीं होनी चाहिए। इस रूल की टेक्निकल कमी का फायदा उठा कर एम्प्लॉयीर सैलरी रोक लेता है। उसका टैक्स बेनिफिट भी इनकम टैक्स में ले लेता है और इस बात का कोई ट्रैक नहीं होता की सच में एम्प्लॉयीर ने यह पेमेंट बाद में किया या नहीं।
