🇮🇳🇸🇬 Global Lessons: India–Singapore CECA

The World is One Family

Learning with Each Other • Working Together • Growing Together

1. India–Singapore CECA

India–Singapore Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CECA)

Trade in Goods, Trade in Services, Investment

Trade → Investment → Services → Technology → Skills → Global Value Chain

CECA 2.0

Trade + Investment + Technology + Manufacturing + Services + Skills + Supply Chains + Green Growth

  • Global Financial Centre
  • Logistics Hub
  • Port & Maritime Hub
  • Aviation Hub
  • Digital Economy Hub
  • Advanced Manufacturing Centre
  • Regional Headquarters Hub
  • International Arbitration Centre
  • Technology & Innovation Hub

  • engineering talent
  • IT capability
  • manufacturing capacity
  • infrastructure demand
  • mineral resources
  • agricultural base
  • pharmaceutical capability
  • automobile ecosystem
  • railway ecosystem
  • renewable-energy potential

3. CECA के प्रमुख Cooperation Sectors

B. Global Benchmark

World Bank, IMF, OECD, UNCTAD, WTO

C. World Engineer Proposal

5. India–Singapore Economic Opportunity

Timeline

2027 → 2030 → 2035 → 2047

Independent Review

28. Global Benchmarking

India vs Singapore vs Global Best Practice

  • World Bank
  • IMF
  • OECD
  • WTO
  • UNCTAD
  • World Economic Forum
  • IEA
  • International Energy Agency
  • International Transport Forum

Singapore Lesson

Small geography → High productivity

India Adaptation

Large population + large geography → Scale with productivity

Efficiency + Planning + Execution + Digitalisation + Skills + Global Connectivity

Singapore India

  • population-scale digital infrastructure

Learning with Each Other — केवल India learning from Singapore नहीं, बल्कि Singapore learning from India भी।

31. The Win-Win Model

🇮🇳 India brings

Scale + Talent + Manufacturing + Market + Engineering + Resources

🇸🇬 Singapore brings

Capital + Global Connectivity + Logistics + Finance + Technology + Management

Together

Lead

India–Singapore companies as global infrastructure, technology and engineering partners.

33. What Next — Policy Priorities

1. From Trade to Value Creation

सिर्फ goods trade नहीं—joint value chains।

2. From Investment to Manufacturing

3. From Technology Transfer to Co-Development

4. From Bilateral Market to Third-Country Market

5. From Agreement to Measurable Outcomes

Target → Investment → Implementation → KPI → Independent Impact Assessment

“More Trade”

More Value

More Technology

More Manufacturing

More Skills

More Innovation

More Green Growth

More Global Cooperation
