Respected Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to bring to your kind attention the growing concern regarding widespread corruption in various government offices across the state of Haryana in Gurgaon city.

 

The people of Haryana have great faith in the office of the Lokayukta, and we believe that an impartial and thorough investigation by your esteemed office will bring to light the truth behind these allegations. It is our hope that the investigation will lead to necessary actions against those found guilty and will serve as a deterrent to such practices in the future.

 

I trust that your office will treat this matter with the urgency and importance it deserves.

1.      Unwanted cuts to give favor to liquor shops, Builders, and private peoples.

2.      Streetlight not working both sides of road/service line. – No light and no intention to install

  1. मेरी जान को खतरा हो सकता है  इसलिए मेरा अनुरोध  है  मेरा नाम  और डिटेल गुप्त रखा जाए और किसी भी प्रकार की करूपशन  सम्बंधित  जाँच  निरपक्ष  तरीके से हो  और किसी भी तरह का हर्रासमेंट जानकारी  देने वाले  का जनहित में की गई याचिका पर  न हो.
  2. Government official intentionally disclosing complainer information as a motive so that complainer will get threatening calls. Please use XXX method to safeguard life threatening of any individual who is working in public interest.

 

Allegations

जनहित  में मै  आप के संज्ञान में लाना चाहता हूँ

 

1.      Undue advantages as a motive or reward by Government offices by delaying /ignoring performing improperly or dishonestly a public duty.

2.      Breach of trust, dishonesty, fraud, misrepresentation, impartiality, and fairness in public decision-making, distorting the rule of law

3.      Intentionally assigning grievances to the wrong teams to cause further delays and evade accountability.

4.      These actions not only compromise the principles of justice and integrity within the government dept of Gurgaon haryana but also erode public trust in the department's ability to fairly and impartially enforce the law.

5.      Over Favoring to their known by Government Officials to gain hidden benefits.

6.      willfully neglects his duties required to be performed by government officials.

7.      अपने द्वारा  पद लेते समय ली गई शपत का क्यों अपमान किया -मैं भारत की प्रभुता और अखंडता अक्षुण्ण रखूँगा, मैं अपने कर्तव्यों का श्रद्धापूर्वक और शुद्ध अंतःकरण से निर्वहन करूँगा तथा मैं भय या पक्षपात, अनुराग या द्वेष के बिना, सभी प्रकार के लोगों के प्रति संविधान और विधि के अनुसार न्याय करूँगा।

8.      मुझे लगता है  कि ठेकेदार ओर Government offices MCG/DTP/GMDA की मिलीभगत से सिर्फ सरकारी खजाने पर बार बार डकैती होती काम नही।

9.      मुझे लगता है  कि गटर वरावस्था चुस्त है टाउन प्लानिंग करप्शन में मस्त है। corruption कि पराकाष्ठा।

10.   समय से टैक्स दे जनता ने देश के लिए योगदान किया। क्या सरकार ने अपना काम ईमानदारी से किया

11.   क्या प्लानिंग डिपार्टमेंट ने अपना काम ईमानदारी  से किया।

12.   नया गुडगाँव है तो गटर  और वाटरहार्वेस्टिंग व्यवस्था में टाउन प्लानिंग ने क्यों ध्यान नहीं दिया।  

13.   क्या सारा समय न्यूज़ पेपर में फोटो खिचवाने और FIR की सिफारिश करने में ही लगा दिया। 

14.   ख़राब व्यवस्थाओ के लिए पूरी तरह टाउन प्लानिंग जिम्मेदार

15.   NGT वर्षा का जल संरक्षण संचयन सारे इंतजाम धराशायी रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग नीति समस्या

16.   किसी के 60 साल किसी के 8 साल कोई बदलाव नही सिर्फ corruption।

17.   सभी पुरानी  सोइटियो में गैस पाइप लाइन अभी तक नहीं आई  इसको सुनिश्चित करने के लिए टाउन प्लानिंग ने क्या किया

18.   किसी एक को दोषी न कह कर  मै  कहना चाहता हूँ  की सरकारी corruption  सुनियोजित तरीके से सरकारी संस्थाओ द्वारा किया जा रहा है  क्यों की ग्राउंड पर व्यवस्थाए बहुत  ही ख़राब है 

19.   मुझे लगता है  कि सरकारी Corruption की वजह से water harvesting का हाल ,गटर व्यस्वस्था,Road सफाई , फुटपाथ , रोड साइड डस्ट पोल्लुशन , वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग, गटर ओर पैदल पथ टूटफुट, Gurgaon Haryana Swatchh Bharat- सभी जगह का यही हाल बाकी जगह क्या होगा.

This has been an observation that all road from Manesar to inside Gurgaon sectors roads does not clean

properly and roadside dust floating while vehicle pass from there and contributing more dust and pollution

in the environment.

Broken dividers and divider which was not created properly cause of more dust in environment and responsible for pollution

 

Issue 2. Divider in roads and traffic jam., Quality of work, durability, life and corruption in process.

Observation: Divider are made but incomplete, corruption practice has been adopted in process, unwanted delay, quality is so poor dividers are braked in 2-3 month, Slow in process creating Jam.

situation is horrible-Area: where issue found, Orchid island road, in front of Orchid Island Sector 51, The White House Society Sector 57, Sector 57 Block -G & H, Samaspur Village, Bani square, Artimis Hospital, Nirwana country, Good earth mall, sector 49 Mayfield Garden. Vikas Marg, Khushboo Chowk, Faridabad Pahari road, 

 

Cause of Pollution – Roads are not Till End

Highway and major road should be made up to end mark and clean by a mechanical machine (best example -Benchmarking- Panchkula, Chandigarh, Australia) in Gurgaon and other state they left space in

roadside and that may be required more and everyday cleaning also floating more dust.

Relief Sought For:

  1. 1.      Publicly visible corruption issue in general services need to resolve on high priority.
  2. 2.      Appropriate action and penalties on responsible officer and head of department to avoid future similar kind of issue.
  3. 3.      Request from Lokayukta, Government of India and Anti-Corruption Bureau for investigation of corruption at government offices and resolve the issue from root.
  4. 4.      गटर व्यवस्था खराब व्यवस्थाओ के लिए सरकारी संस्थानों पर पेनाल्टी लगें। केवल टैक्स लेना सरकार का काम नहीं।
  5. 5.      It is essential to ensure that justice is served, and the reputation of the department is upheld. The trust of the public in the law enforcement agencies is of paramount importance, and it is crucial that swift and impartial action is taken to address these concerns.
  6.   Looking for corrective action from  Anti-Corruption Bureau Haryana - acb@hry.nic.in , acpggnsdr-hry@nic.in under appropriate IPC
  7.   Looking for deep inquiry on the way of working by government official at DTP and Public harassment by them. - records need to be inquire deeply to stop any kind of corruption practices by Government offices.
  8.   Action on responsible officials as per THE PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION ACT, 1988, ACT NO. 49 OF 1988,
  9. Action on responsible officials as per the code of criminal procedure, 1973 section 7 or under section 11
