Current Process and scope of Corruption Information
It is important to transfer ownership of the car from the bank’s name to your name. This process is called removal of hypothecation.
Now what is important is to ensure that you receive two documents from the bank when you close down your car loan :
1. a No Dues or No Objection certificate from the bank which essentially means that the bank has no objection to removing the hypothecation.
2. 2 copies of Form 35 which will mention the termination of the hypothecation agreement between you and the bank.
You need to collect the following documents and then go to the RTO.
1. Original Bank NOC
2. Original RC
3. Original Form 35 (2 copies duly signed by the bank and registered owner)
4. Copy of valid insurance – attested
5. Copy of valid PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificate – attested
6. Copy of PAN Card – attested
7. Copy of Address Proof – attested
8. And if you current address is different form the one in RC, you also need Form 33
One thing which people do not notice in car loan is the different rules in states. If you have change your address then in Delhi you need to inform RTO within 15 days otherwise you pay a penalty of Rs 100 p.m. from the date of change of address to the date you apply for removing hypothecation. This i got to know from my relative car which is registered in Delhi but they changed address in between. Now they have to Pay Rs 3000 for this process due to the rule above.
Fees Note 2: Where the certificate of registration issued is in the form of any Smart Card Type, an additional fee of Rupees Two Hundred shall be charged except in the case of issue of fresh certificate of registration after cancellation of hire purchase or lease or hypothecation agreement.
It is best to get the hypothecation removed when it is time to do so.
Not getting it done means the insurance money will not go to you but to the bank because of the hypothecation not being removed, in case of any accident. Once the registration is clear and in your name, without an HP, the insurance HP reference will have to be removed as well. Both these things are relatively painless.
(a duplicate key is always under the custody of the Financier/Bank - remember to collect the same when getting the NOC).

How to create Health ID?
हेल्थ आई डी कार्ड कैसे बना सकते है।
स्टेप -१ https://ndhm.gov.in/ पर जाए
https://healthid.ndhm.gov.in/register
स्टेप २ : आधार कार्ड इनफार्मेशन डाल आगे बढ़े
स्टेप ३ आधार और otp डाले।
स्टेप ४ : मोबाइल नंबर और otp डाले
स्टेप ५ : फोटो और इतर इनफार्मेशन आधार से ली जाएगी अपने आप
स्टेप ६ : हेल्थ कार्ड ID जेनेरेट हो जाएगी और आप उसे डाउनलोड कर सकते है
स्टेप ७ : आप अपनी इनफार्मेशन प्रोफाइल से अपडेट कर सकते है

No proper digital display for waiting, Digital token and rush only for billing but For doctors OPD no digital display , Patient needs to wait for long 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Major Issue - Again and again need to do followup with coordinators for Patient turn. Extremely high doctors consulting charges really not realistic 1500/- - 1800/- , In the name of clearance so many internal doctors consultation and every time patient need to pay 1500/- to 1800/- with each doctor and each doctor also advice some new lab test in the name of moderate risk....
TPA, Estimation desk is also fully commercialized. Unwanted heads no transparency, using the general term , Surgery - without exact detail - big amount, Consumable --big amount , drugs big amount , Room charges is like more that any 5 start hotel room charge - 13000/- Single room. charges under other - which do not have any clarity Hospital always talk in Package In package if less amount will consume they will not reduce the money but if amount raised they force patient to pay this amount
Billing counters are totally - Fish market too much crowd , rush , totally unorganized hospital.
Need deep audit : from national health authority & Income tax department for any financial and unethical tread and unethical practices adopted by these big hospitals. overall fully commercialized, Not recommend this hospital overall. Lots of co ordination problem

National
Health Authority (NHA) introduces new system to measure and grade
performance of hospitals empaneled under Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY
scheme
Under
value-based care, the performance of AB PM-JAY empanelled hospitals
will be measured based on five performance indicators such as:
1. Beneficiary Satisfaction;
2. Hospital Readmission Rate;
3. The extent of Out-of-Pocket Expenditure;
4. Confirmed Grievances and
5. Improvement in-patient’s Health-Related Quality of Life.

Amrita Hospital in Faridabad, Haryana-
The availability of modern medical infrastructure in the National
Capital Region (NCR) will get a boost as the Prime Minister inaugurates
Amrita Hospital at Faridabad. Managed by Mata Amritanandamayi Math, the
super-specialty hospital will be equipped with 2600 beds. The hospital,
which is being constructed at an estimated cost of around Rs. 6000
crores, will provide state-of-the-art healthcare facilities to the
people of Faridabad and the entire NCR region.
