Central Vigilance Commission-fight against corruption- “Corruption-free India for a developed nation”

Central Vigilance Commission

Honesty, transparency and the building of a public service system based

New Complaint Management System portal of the CVC realise the dreams and aspirations of a corruption-free India and underlined its importance in the lives of every citizen.

For a developed India, trust and credibility are critical. that people’s trust in the government enhances people’s self-confidence.

long period of slavery of corruption, exploitation, and control over resources, unfortunately, received more strength after the independence. This severely harmed at least four generations of this country, he said. “We have to change this decades-long way fully in the Azadi ka Amrit Kaal”

Two key reasons for corruption and hindering people's progress i.e. lack of amenities and unnecessary pressure from the government.

absence of amenities and opportunity was deliberately kept alive and a gap was allowed to widen leading to an unhealthy competition of a zero-sum race. This race fed the ecosystem of corruption. Corruption created by this scarcity affects the poor and middle classes the most. “If the poor and middle class spend their energy to arrange for the basic amenities, then how will the country progress?”

The Prime Minister remarked “we are trying to change this system of scarcity and pressure.The government is trying to fill the gap between supply and demand. The three ways adopted to achieve this are advancement in technology, taking basic services to the saturation level, and finally heading towards atmanirbharta.”

CVC an institution that encourages everyone's efforts to ensure transparency. A system where corruption-related disciplinary proceedings are completed in time-bound mission mode.

‘preventive vigilance’ and praised the efforts of CVC in that direction. He also asked the vigilance community to think about modernising their audits and inspections. “The will which the government is showing against corruption, the same will is necessary to be seen in all the departments as well. For a developed India, we have to develop such an administrative ecosystem, which has zero tolerance on corruption”,

streamlining of the vigilance clearance process with the help of technology. There is a need for auditing the data of public grievances so that we can go to the root causes of corruption in the concerned department, the Prime Minister added.

everyone to walk the path of truth to fulfil their duties with dedication and emphasised, “when you take action with conviction, the whole nation stands with you.”

Corruption is an evil we must stay away.

Pet rules in the society,

“Responsible Pet Ownership + Resident Safety + Animal Welfare = Harmonious Society”

1. Common Areas में Pet Handling और Leash

2. Pet Training और Responsible Ownership

Pet owner

  • pet uncontrolled न घूमे;
  • किसी निवासी को असुविधा न हो;
  • pet traffic या parking area में न चला जाए;

4. Pet Waste Management —

6. Children, Senior Citizens और Other Residents की Safety

Pet owners

  • pet किसी बच्चे की ओर अचानक न दौड़े;
  • lift में प्रवेश से पहले आसपास के लोगों को पर्याप्त space मिले;
  • narrow passages में pet को नियंत्रित रखा जाए;

7. Noise और Barking Management

8. Society Property

Automatic penalty

  • घटना की पुष्टि;
  • owner को notice;
  • उसका पक्ष सुनने का अवसर;

Awareness → Warning → Corrective Action → Hearing → Proportionate Penalty, where legally permissible

10. Animal Cruelty के विरुद्ध Zero Tolerance

Pet rules

11. Complaint Resolution System

Resident Complaint → Evidence/Details → Pet Owner Response → Committee Review → Corrective Action → Appeal/Review

12. Pet Owners

  • Common areas
  • Pet waste
  • Society property

13. Non-Pet Owners

  • pets को जानबूझकर परेशान नहीं करना चाहिए;
  • उन्हें मारना या डराना नहीं चाहिए;
  • बिना कारण pet owner को target नहीं करना चाहिए;
  • बच्चों को animals के साथ सुरक्षित व्यवहार सिखाना चाहिए;

“No Harassment – No Nuisance – No Cruelty – No Negligence”

Hygiene Immediate waste cleanup
Walking Designated/appropriate areas
Timing Reasonable, practical timings
Noise Persistent nuisance पर corrective action
Property Damage Actual damage की उचित recovery
Complaints Transparent grievance mechanism
Animal Welfare Cruelty पर zero tolerance
Awareness Regular resident & pet-owner awareness

“Pet Rights + Resident Rights + Public Safety + Cleanliness + Animal Welfare”

Responsible & Humane Society.”

------------------------------------------------

Pet rules in the society

1. Use of leashes in public/common areas: All the pet owners must ensure the use of leashes for pets when using public/ common places to assure the safety of any passersby when walking in the society.
2. Training the pets: Pet owners must train their pets to use the common areas of the society, without causing trouble to other residents.
3. Pets to always accompanied by owners: When out of the house and in the society premises, the pet owners must ensure that the pet is accompanied by the owner/any person given the responsibility to do so.
4. Clean up after: Considering the cleanliness and hygiene in the society, the pet owners are required to make sure that their pet is toilet trained. It is further the responsibility of the pet owners to clean up if the pet meets an unfortunate accident inside the society
premises. It is also advised to the pet owners to maintain the hygiene of their pets for their own well-being and others, living in the society.
5. Timings to access the common area/society roads/walker paths: Considering the safety of children playing in the parks and residents taking a walk in the society, it is advised that the roads/walker path (only) must be accessed by the pets between 9 am –5:30 pm only. All the pet owners are requested to ensure that their pets are outside
between these timelines for avoiding any accident of whatsoever nature, during the time when a big number of residents are using the common areas.
6. Dog peeing and pooping: It has been noticed that many pet owners make their dogs pee in the common areas including the light poles, plant pots, car tyres and other common areas, which creates foul smell and hygiene issues there and the nearby areas. As we have kids playing in the society, to avoid any infection of any sort and to maintain hygiene inside the society premises, please note that from now onwards, the pets’ peeing as well as pooping has to be done outside the society premises/inside the flat owner’s own flat.
7. Fine in case of negligence: In case any pet owner is negligent in handling his/her pet,causing damage to the common property of the society or causing any trouble to any
resident or destroying the cleanliness of the society, a fine of INR 200 per default will beimposed on the pet owner.We would like to highlight that we fully respect pets and animals, but we must also ensure that we respect human life and ensure clean and hygienic living conditions for them. No pet or human being must cause discomfort to others living in the society or our neighborhood, in
any way. Let’s keep in mind and respect the Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan and contribute to it !
