SAMPADA” is a comprehensive computerization project for registration and E-stamping of documents. In this system stamp duty is collected through “e-stamps”. The licensed Service providers who are authorized to issue “e-stamps” can also provide the facilitation of search and downloading of digitally signed copies of registered documents. Financial institutions like Banks and Post-offices can also be granted service provider licenses. Any registered user can initiate online presentations of documents for registration. Photographs of parties to the documents are captured by web-camera and thumb impressions are taken by bio-metric device at Sub-Registrar offices. In the electronic Registration System-“SAMPADA”, facilities such as valuation of property situated anywhere in the state, calculation of stamp duty and registration fee chargeable on different types of documents and slot booking in the office of the Sub-registrars are available. Electronic registration system “SAMPADA” has been implemented all over the State from 01-07-2015. District wise Guideline is available in “Final Guide-line” under “Guide-line” on the home page. आतंकियों का मकसद देश को बांटना है.देश को कोई शक्ति नहीं तोड़ सकती है.  देश इस परिस्थिति में एक साथ खड़ा है.

दुशमन आँख उठा कर देख न सके ऐसा जनता को विश्वास दिला दो  

आतंकवाद और विस्तारवाद। भारत इन दोनों ही चुनौतियों से लड़ रहा है और सधे हुए तरीके से बड़े हिम्मत के साथ जवाब भी दे रहा है। सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक और एयर स्ट्राइक करके भारत ने देश के दुश्मनों को नए भारत के सामर्थ्य का संदेश भी दे दिया है। ये बताता है कि भारत बदल रहा है। भारत कठिन से कठिन फैसले भी ले सकता है और कड़े से कड़े फैसले लेने में भी भारत झिझकता नहीं है, रुकता नहीं है।

नही चाहिए दोगली सरकार जो देश का मान रख न सके। नही चाहिए ऐसा नेता जो सैनिको के जख्मो पर नमक है छिड़के।

1. Kakori Memorial, Lucknow

If you haven’t heard of Kakori, you’re probably unaware of one of the most defining moments in India’s struggle for freedom. The town is known for the ‘Kakori train robbery’ that took place on the night of 8th August 1925, and involved Chandrashekhar Azad, Ashfaqullah Khan, and Ram Prasad Bismil, among others. The place is therefore a must-visit for every patriotic Indian.

2. Cellular Jail, Andaman and Nicobar Islands

Also called ‘kala pani’, this colonial jail housed many freedom fighters in pre-Independent India. Located in Port Blair, the place evokes painful memories of what life must have been like for the political prisoners who were exiled to this remote island. Most of the cells are still intact, and the place is today a National Memorial visited by people from around the world.

3. Jhansi Fort, Uttar Pradesh

The Fort of Jhansi stands as a tribute to the freedom fighter Rani Lakshmibai who gave her life to the cause. She stood up against British imperialism and then risked a full-blown war to save her land. She also took on the neighbouring Datia and Orchha kingdoms that were planning an invasion. People visit the fort to appreciate the sacrifice that she made for her country.

4. Aga Khan Palace, Pune

Now also known as the Gandhi National Museum, the Aga Khan Palace is yet another location that saw many freedom fighters including Mahatma Gandhi imprisoned during the freedom struggle. His wife Kasturba died in prison here, and it serves as her samaadhi.

5. Dandi, Gujarat

The Dandi Salt March led by Mahatma Gandhi is a notable chapter in the Indian independence movement. The march, which started from Sabarmati Ashram, took 24 days to reach Dandi. If you want to experience a slice of history, Dandi should be on your list.

the midst of the bustling national capital, the Red Fort stands high as a symbol of India’s might. It is where Jawaharlal Nehru first hoisted Independent India’s national flag on 15th August 1947. It is also where the Prime Minister addresses the nation every year on the eve of Independence Day.

Champaran saw India’s first civil disobedience movement launched by Mahatma Gandhi. Jalianwala Bagh was home to one of the most tragic incidents to occur in pre-independence India. General Dyer ordered his men to open fire at unarmed protesters, killing thousands, including women and children. Remnants of the gruesome assault can still be seen in the walls and the well with bullet marks.

डिजिटल सर्विस टैक्स

फ्रांस और ब्रिटेन समेत दुनिया के कई देश विदेशी डिजिटल सर्विस प्रोवाइडरों से डिजिटल सर्विस टैक्स (DST) वसूलते हैं। भारत ने भी विदेशी कंपनियों पर DST लगाना शुरू कर दिया है। भारत ने गैर भारतीय डिजिटल बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपनियों पर सिर्फ 2% DST लगाया है। यह टैक्स उन कंपनियों पर लागू होगा, जिनका वार्षिक रेवेन्यू 2 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक है। जबकि इंडोनेशिया डिजिटल प्रोडक्ट्स एवं सेवाओं पर 10% डीएसटी वसूलता है। इटली 3%, स्पेन 3% और ब्रिटेन 2% DST वसूलता है। Ref: Dhanik bhaskar 

डिजिटल सर्विस टैक्स ऐसे राजस्व पर लागू होगा, जिसे अनिवासी डिजिटल सेवा प्रदाताओं द्वारा भारत में दी जाने वाली डिजिटल सेवाओं के माध्यम से अर्जित किया गया है। इन सेवाओं में डिजिटल प्लेटफाॅर्म सेवाएं, डिजिटल कंटेंट की बिक्री और डेटा से संबंधित सेवाएं आदि शामिल हैं।

डिजिटल सर्विस टैक्स को गूगल टैक्स (Google Tax) के नाम से भी जाना जाता है क्योंकि यह पहले केवल ऑनलाइन विज्ञापन सेवा तक ही सीमित था और Google, Facebook जैसी विदेशी टेक कंपनियां इसके दायरे में आती थीं। मार्च 2020 में सरकार ने इसके दायरे को बढ़ाते हुए विदेशी ई-कॉमर्स प्लेटफॉर्म (E-Commerce Companies) समेत कई डिजिटल सेवाओं को भी इसमें शामिल कर दिया।

सरकार ने फैसला किया है कि विदेशी ई-कॉमर्स कंपनियों (Foreign E-Commerce Firms) की भारतीय शाखा के जरिए बेची गईं वस्तुओं, सेवाओं पर दो प्रतिशत का डिजिटल कर (Digital Tax) नहीं लगेगा, ताकि उन्हें बराबरी का मौका मुहैया कराया जा सके। वित्त विधेयक 2021 में संशोधन करके यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि विदेशी ई-कॉमर्स प्लेटफॉर्म को दो प्रतिशत के डिजिटल कर का भुगतान नहीं करना पड़ेगा, यदि वे स्थाई रूप से यहां हैं या वे आयकर देते हैं। हालांकि, जो विदेशी कंपनी किसी तरह का कर नहीं देती हैं, उन्हें इसका भुगतान करना होगा।

DST मुख्य रूप से अमेरिकी कंपनियों पर लागू इसलिए प्रतीत होता है क्योंकि भारतीय डिजिटल बाजार में अमेरिकी मूल की कंपनियों का ही प्रभुत्व रहा है। इसके अतिरिक्त भारत में स्थायी निवास वाली किसी भी कंपनी को इसके दायरे से बाहर इसलिए रखा गया है क्योंकि ऐसी कंपनियां पहले से ही भारत के स्थानीय कर कानूनों के अधीन हैं।

यूएस ट्रेड रिप्रजेंटेटिव USTR द्वारा ‘यूएस ट्रेड एक्ट, 1974’ (US Trade Act, 1974) की धारा 301 के तहत एक जांच की गई। USTR की रिपोर्ट में कहा गया कि DST अमेरिकी व्यवसायों के खिलाफ भेदभावपूर्ण है क्योंकि विशेष रूप से भारत के घरेलू डिजिटल व्यवसायों को इसके दायरे से बाहर रखा गया है। साथ ही DST गैर-डिजिटल सेवा प्रदाताओं द्वारा प्रदान की जा रही समान सेवाओं तक विस्तारित नहीं है। USTR ने ऐसी 119 कंपनियों की पहचान की है, जो इस टैक्स के दायरे में आएंगी। इनमें से 86 यानी 72 फीसदी कंपनियां अमेरिका की हैं।
