343. GSI 2026_Unique Bank account Number - Banking Reforms -Aadhaar Number = Bank account Number , Unique Bank account Number all over India and Bank account Portability- Consolidation of Public Sector Banks To Have Strong Banks, Growth Sector India 2026

Unique Bank account Number all over India and Bank account Portability

Aadhaar Number = Bank account Number

Say No to Black Money

     =

Concept: Great revolution in banking reform

Bank account is Basic Right of Indian  Citizen and No charges should apply on basic need.

Observation/challenges:
1. Unwanted charges applied by bank in the name of minimum balance
2. Unwanted charges by bank in the name of  forced SMS service
3. ATM yearly charges
4.  Hidden money / Black Money / Number of account hold by people

Benefit of Unique / Single account Number.

1. Single Account will bring lots of transparency in system, no black money as single account number link with bank number.
2. Uniformity in banking sector ,
3. Make more accountable banking system,
4. Bring Service oriented mind set in banking segment.
5. Bring lots of transparency in banking system,
6. Competitive environment  make banking segment stronger
7. Indirect increase the liquidity in the market due to this movement,
8.More job , more industries , indirectly growth of whole country economy.
9. Great Government Control
10. Simplify Tax System as Single bank = Single citizen= aadhaar Number= Single TAX Number

Government can give special tax benefit to support India's first theme and support for simplify tax system .

Improving performance of Public Sector Banks

The information provided below highlights the performance of Public Sector Banks vis-à-vis Old Private Sector Banks and New Private Sector Banks. It can be observed that there is a huge scope for improvement of Public Sector Banks in all parameters, especially efficiency parameters.

Regularising terms and condition in banking sector
Banking sector should have service oriented mind set. When they are playing as business point and implementing unwanted charges to increase profit then penalty clause should be there
Frame work required in banking terms regulatory compliance
1.               Net Banking
2.               Mobile SMS Charges
3.               KYC norms as per RBI.
4.               Mobile number linking from  bank a/c.
5.               Email linking from bank a/c.
6.               SLA – Service level agreement for each process Time bonded activity
7.               No additional Charges for SMS , ATM,
8.               Penalty clause for bank also if they are deducting any unwanted charges and not reacting on time.
9.  We have a feeling after demonization people has deposited money in account now bank has increased minimum balance charges  from 1000 to 5000 with wrong intention to increase profitability of bank . it is malpractice with general and innocent public .
10 Minimum balance maintaining charges
11. Account closer charge as we do not like quality of service

Looking for intervention from President Secretariat /PMO India Office / Ministry of Finance Office / RBI

Transparency is Key for good growing business.

Looking for Corrective action from government on SBI or other Private bank(like HDFC, ICICI axis bank etc) Policies amendment that

1.               Public can submit request at any branch in India.
2.               Approval should be on mail or mobile one time password authentication. This is security requirement and bank should not be charge any thing extra as a social responsibility as a government bank. If they also behaving like other private bank (profit center / Business) then for bank also penalty clause should be mention.
3.               For adding third party name we should not be able visit again and again home branch for approval it should be approved on registered mail on a/c. this is loop pole at SBI process.
4.                I know I required ATM debit card  but process is too tough in a fist visit I have to apply  then need to visit branch for password , do you really thing policies in the name of security  is user friendly and as per market trend this should be  online generated or on mail. Request should be online or on mail or customer care
5.                Check book request should be online or on mail or customer care
6.                SMS charges. requested to stopped this facility because banks  (HDFC, SBI charging 15/- + service charge =17 /- per quarter but this does not mean that bank will removed my mobile number  this is against KYC and Banking security Policy.
7.               If damage note comes from bank ATM M/C  and bank harassing customer by wasting customer time and exchanging the note , so bank is not giving any favor it is bank fault that they have inter wrong note so that customer get trouble their should be some penalty clause for bank also means bank need to pay 5 to 10 time of amount for their mistake.

8.               Fake note Issue from bank ATM . If Fake note comes from Bank ATM  then bank harassing customer to go to ATM and banks and showing its vendor mistake we have out source feeding ATM . no  witten rule information with bank and customer care how to handle this kind of cases. and after wasting 2 month of customer if bank returning same amount to customer . So it is not fare. because this is bank mistake why should customer bear . 100 times of penalty have to be paid by bank for their mistake.

 RTI Filed By Consumer

Case- 1: I have asked for net banking, so they have given only view only  what is it mean ..next time after six month during my home town visit again i requested for third party transaction  then they have given , today I want to add benefice again i need to visit home SBI Branch  that is not user friendly

Case-2: Mobile SMS Charges: I have requested to stopped this because mobile SMS Charges bank are charging 17 /- per quarter but it does not means to removed Mobile number  linking from  bank a/c.
SBI -failing in online connectivity - and KYC nomes as per RBI.

Case-3: I have also requested 2 time in written application in bank  to update my e- mail ID  but still it is not updated otherwise it is really helpful  during the add benefice  to check and full fill security related requirement.

I have my personal feeling SBI bank is fail in security related  requirement feature . as concern as security related feature it is banking requirement  so no charges has to be deducted for e-mail alert or mobile SMS alert. this should be as per RBI  security requirement. SBI only difficult the process but really not working in public benefit. SBi also behaving like other private banks for their own benefit only. but i feel banking should have some social responsibility  they should not establish charges for everything.

Case-4: Debit card was damage so I have requested to closed on 4th Feb2014 but still bank has charge 112/- on 10 Feb 2014 how this kind of mistakes done buy banking. there should be penalty clause on bank also.

Aadhar enabled Hypothecated removal from car RC software process #Digital India

PMOPG/E/2017/0367971 – Aadhar enabled Digital RTO

Response: RT Wing MVL Section:

Dear Sh Bhatia We thank you for your valuable thinking and suggestions and highlighting them to us. Your suggestions have been noted. We have already moved amendments in MV ACT and hope would redress the issues raised.
Thank you
Jai Hind

Key issue and observation in current process

    • Harassment of Vehicle owner /loan taker
    • Even after clear the loan Hypothecated is extra and unnecessary step
    • scope of corruption at RTO as well as bank.
    • Responsibility of bank also need to define
    • Online process will bring lots of transparency
    • Prevalent wrong doings, remove loophole
    • Plug the hole so that the misuse can be put to an end
    • Scope of corruption- an applicant will have to visit the transport offices to get a hard copy of the document once all the necessary requirements such as filing of application and payment of fees are done.

    Reference:

One crore vehicles are registered in the national capital and around seven lakh others are registered every year. All over India wide this figure will be quite bigger.

    Suggestion/ Solution

Suggestion inputs for Centralized software – UIDAI / Aadhar/Income tax dept./ Ministry of finance/ Department of revenue/RTO

Aadhar enabled Digital RTO services must contain-        No physical document required due to Aadhar E-KYC validation-        Online form filling so no scope of spelling mistake.-        2 Emergency contact mobile number must be mandatory mentioning on driving license so that in case of any accident or emergency people can call the number mention in driving license-        2 Emergency contact mobile number must be mandatory mentioning car/ Bike / any vehicle for emergency safety of driver.-        Online application and Aadhar base e verification or E-KYC need not to come to RTO office-        Online driving license application, online exam and Aadhar base address and id verification e validation-        Online Address updating, transfer of vehicle RTO, renewal of license and registration-        online Payment of road tax and-        online payment /fees/ fitness fees, through UPI /BHIM/ Paytm/ mobilewiki/ net banking , bill desk…….-        online allotment of fancy registration numbers,-        online change of address in the registration certificate (RC) of a vehicle-        online deletion in vehicle registration.-        Driving license should be issue nation wise not like UP / MP…..-        no human interface at the department's offices.
    -        People do not have to visit the regional transport offices (RTO), need of a move intended to "eradicate corruption"

    Recommendation

    • There should be automatic removal of Hypothecated  from car  RC after  Expiry of loan duration
    • Penalty clause for bank as well as authority also need to define. if within month they are not informing and clear the process of removal of bank or financial institution name after clear the loan
    • Banks are not returning the duplicate key even after clear the loan.then penality need to impose by Government body

RTO services must contain barcode, QR code, electronic Chip

Aadhar linking to stop duplicate of base data. Transparency in traffic police challan Aadhar enabled challan system bring maximum data of vehicle owner and no more fake challan or public harassment  in the name of fake cause.

Benefit to Public & Government of India

    1.  Online Aadhar enable e verification and application process reduce the harassment of public
    2. Save lots of government effort
    3.  Public get transparent system
    4. All license and all RTO work are digitalized and Aadhar enable e validation process bring lots of transparency
    5. Reduce ID and address documentation
    6. Reduce scope of black money and corrupt practice involvement
    7. Aadhar linking with RC , driving license and vehicle registration reduce scope of changing address again and again
    8. Reduce paperwork
    9. Public will get corruption free/dalal free environment
    10. Reduce government expense as less number of people needed in digital RTO , RTO call center or background team faster the process,

    Revenue Generation for Government body
    Fees to Hosting Body:

    ·        Maximum Rs1/-  charges for Aadhar enable service from this software each transaction.
Estimated earning for Hosting government body like income tax / UIDAI. for this service, Approximate 5000+ cr. In years

Current Process and scope of Corruption Information

It is important to transfer ownership of the car from the bank’s name to your name. This process is called removal of hypothecation.

Now what is important is to ensure that you receive two documents from the bank when you close down your car loan :

    1. a No Dues or No Objection certificate from the bank which essentially means that the bank has no objection to removing the hypothecation.

    2. 2 copies of Form 35 which will mention the termination of the hypothecation agreement between you and the bank.

You need to collect the following documents and then go to the RTO.

    1. Original Bank NOC

    2. Original RC

    3. Original Form 35 (2 copies duly signed by the bank and registered owner)

    4. Copy of valid insurance – attested

    5. Copy of valid PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificate – attested

    6. Copy of PAN Card – attested

    7. Copy of Address Proof – attested

    8. And if you current address is different form the one in RC, you also need Form 33

One thing which people do not notice in car loan is the different rules in states. If you have change your address then in Delhi you need to inform RTO within 15 days otherwise you pay a penalty of Rs 100 p.m. from the date of change of address to the date you apply for removing hypothecation. This i got to know from my relative car which is registered in Delhi but they changed address in between. Now they have to Pay Rs 3000 for this process due to the rule above.

Fees Note 2: Where the certificate of registration issued is in the form of any Smart Card Type, an additional fee of Rupees Two Hundred shall be charged except in the case of issue of fresh certificate of registration after cancellation of hire purchase or lease or hypothecation agreement.

It is best to get the hypothecation removed when it is time to do so.

Not getting it done means the insurance money will not go to you but to the bank because of the hypothecation not being removed, in case of any accident. Once the registration is clear and in your name, without an HP, the insurance HP reference will have to be removed as well. Both these things are relatively painless.

(a duplicate key is always under the custody of the Financier/Bank - remember to collect the same when getting the NOC).

    • 80- 90 % taxes should be applied in all tobacco product  to make India cancer free
    • All Tobacco companies should have social responsibility and government should make some frame work so that all companies in this sector or MNC should reinvest 50 % of their profit in Indian economy or basic infrastructure creation. Like school…..
    • Government may give some tax benefit to promote their reinvestment in INDIA.
    • Currently big tobacco company organizing cricket matches or other games and indirectly marketing their product Due to this people are influencing, they are earning lots of money and bring back to other countries. Means India money going out of India.
    •  If government will increase the taxes on these products they will also increase the cost of product to maintain the operating cost and end user will reduce the quantity of tobacco product. Directly reducing the cause of cancers.
    • Government can reinvest collected heavy taxes in education program in India.
    • Selling of tobacco product like sigret, gutka, pan masala should be ban ,  Camel room ( Smoking  Room)  have to be establish  by offices Private/government, or openly  Smoking should be ban and penalty of 5000/- or 10000/- need to be imposed to companies , or place owners if some one found smoking at office campus, Railway authority, hospital administration, school principal, collage administration,Government office,

    अब तो सचमुच कान थक गए ये सुनते -सुनते की new education policy आने वाली है आखिर कब आएगी नई एजुकेशन पालिसी

    जनता साफ सुथरा और ट्रांसपेरेंट सिस्टम चाहती है जिसमे no scope for black money , no donation , no corruption

    क्या सरकार जनता के Expectation पर  खड़ा उत्तर पायेगी।

    TRANSPARENCY IN NURSERY EDUCATION ADMISSIONS

    Improving the quality of regulation

Benchmarking - Best Example: Online/ for full state Polytechnic or engineering admission counseling at in Madhya Pradesh Vyapam.

Similar kind of concept in nursery admission process state wise bring lots of transparency in admission process, also it is big relief for  parents and in the same time it will help to stop black money involved in the name of donation. Transparency in fee structure and online process breaks the concept of donation.

School fees direct transfer in school Bank A/c

All Fees should be transferred directly in school account by NEFT or cheque. At the same time schools have to mention PAN Number / TIN Number in all receipts.

PAN/ TIN /BAR code mandatory in all school fees receipts

Every fees receipt should have Bar code / TIN Number / PAN Number

    "No Poor child has applied"

A common admission counseling system shall be introduced (may be city wise) for all schools (like Vyapam in MP) EWS students can also be distributed according to their location etc. Fake statement of schools also gets caught that "no Poor children has applied". Schools cannot run away from their social responsibility to take 25 % seats of poor quota (EWS).

    Social responsibility of School

Strict rule for school also required that they should have to spend 5-10% of their income in Social Responsibility (Free Books, Poor student Fees, Save the Senior citizen, Save the Girl child, Tree Plantation etc.).

Safety of our children & responsibility of school

Schools are harassing parents for undeclared and unauthentic rules and regulation. There should be some rules and responsibility of school if children not present consecutive 3 days then school should inform parents by email, SMS or call or written letter to ensure no miss happening with children. Before cancelling admission of children at least 2 warning massage should be sent by school. All rules and regulations should be as per national education system and as approved by HRD Ministry. Financial penalty clause on school should be brought in favor of parents. For everything school should not impose financial penalty. All fee structure definition should be defined nation wise and shall not change school to school.

    TAX Benefit on Child Education

Currently tax benefit for child education is Rs. 200 only that is quite old and far away from current situation. People are paying Rs. 3000 to 6000 per month for child school fee. Government need to increase this tax benefit amount to atleast Rs. 5000 per month for child education to promote education level in India

    TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENT IN SCHOOL/COLLEGE FEES

Requirement of National Level Education Fee regulatory Bill

    1.                  All School, Engineering colleges, Medical colleges are charging unwanted fees  in the name of development fees, infrastructure fees, books, library, donation fee etc. This requires re-evaluation to stop black money involvement. For all receipts, TIN number or Pan Number should be compulsory. These schools / colleges should be treated as small scale industries – type – Education.

National Level Education Fee Regulatory Bill Required
    Fees Heads

    Development fees

    Infrastructure fees

    Library

    Computer

    Laboratory (Phy/Chem/Bio)

    Stationary charges

    Hostel /Accommodation
    (Should not be mandatory)

    Food (Should not be mandatory)

    Transportation (Should not be mandatory)

    Annual charges/ Fee/function

    Sports

    Book

    Cloth/Uniform

    Examination Fee

    ETC.

    2.                  Transparency in charges / fees structure framework is required. National Level common fees regulatory bill required.
    3.                  Fees should be as per School Grading system of school or colleges (G1to G5) as per facility standard like

    Ranking of institutions and accreditations

    Proposed Grading of School

    School Grading
    Facility
    Grade G1
Basic Facility + Zoo + JIM+ Swimming Pool+ Music facility +  Drawing art+ Clay art + Joint venture with spots Body + Free check up (Doctor Visit) in every Week + Disaster Management Training +  Horse Riding + 3G Internet + Laptop+ Computer Room + ISO 9001

    Grade G4
School having basic Facility Play Ground, Library, Spots ground, Toilet, Drinking, water facility + Disaster management Training + Should have separate Bank a/c and all fees /charges directly deposited in School bank A/c through NEFT/Cheque/DD.
    Grade G5
Many more don’t have basic facility
    Note:
All Schools should have separate Bank a/c and all fees / charges directly deposited in School bank A/c through NEFT/Cheque. All nationalized bank/ private bank can help in this Subject.

    4.      Development fee is applicable in new schools only up to 4 years from registration / establishment of school while various old schools are still charging these fees continuously.
    5.      All components of fee structure need to be fixed nation wise and school/college have to publish detail on Internet as well as Government Income tax site. All fee receipts must have Bar code / Pan No/ TIN No etc.

    Un-regularity in school fee system

lot of un-regularity in school fee system it look like education system is out of control of government body due to privatization and lack of policies and bill in this sector.

    ·         Higher fees structure
    ·         Many school not mention fees structure to promote donation practice
    ·         No information mentioned in web site for fee structure
    ·         Lack of transparency and potential for black money / donation practice promoted
    ·         Strict rules required for national level fee regulatory in education sector.
    ·         Fee structure is either quite high or not mention to promote donation practice or black money involvement.
    ·         Scope of income tax chori.

Aadhaar (UID) & direct transfer of benefits in education sector to bring transparency in India1.     All Student (from class -1 till …..) should get Unique identification No

    Implementation of DBT schemes

    ·         Income Tax benefit to parent on Education fee (help to trace unfair practice in colleges and school

    Suggestion & Proposed Solution:

All Schools should have separate Bank a/c and all fees / charges directly deposited in School bank A/c through NEFT/Cheque. All nationalized bank/ private bank can help in this Subject.

All components of fee structure need to be fixed nation wise and school/college have to publish detail on Internet as well as Government Income tax site. All fee receipts must have Bar code / Pan No/ TIN No etc.

Transparency in charges / fees structure framework is required. National Level common fees regulatory bill required.

Fees should be as per School Grading system of school or colleges (G1to G5) as per facility standard
