Identifies & awards 25 front-line staff (guards/janitors/cash crew members) every quarter who had demonstrated the qualities of Integrity, Commitment, Courage, Alertness & Honesty. The nominations for these 25 employees are received from each business head, customer, Dept. head, etc. These 25 employees are rewarded with certificates during the Open House Conference & also awarded Rs. 25,000/- as cash rewards for their exemplary dedication to their work.
