Every political Party only talking about opening new colleges and school IIT, IIM...MBA , Engineering colleges, but no body have push for  penalty clause on school & colleges who are fail to provide campus selection ,SRCC MBA, CDAC or many more rewound college fail to provide campus selection. 50% of fee value have to be refund by college if they fail to provide campus selection . and minimum level of salary should be define for campus selection at least equal to one year fee paid for education fee as Job annual salary. engineering colleges are charging 1.2 lakhs to 1.5 lakhs per years as education fee and offering job of 5000/- per month or fail to provide job section....
