You Tube/ Microsoft / Google can bring revolution in Education Sector

1.                  To increase the free education program – education for every one- You tube or Microsoft can bring videos  related to their education course like maths, science at all level from class 1 to 12 or higher, technological video like engineering maintenance of  automobile, power plant etc. in number of fields.

2.                  Competitive environment creation for Social responsibility of Individual/ Schools/ Colleges and They should have target to publish the open video content on You Tube about education /Subject / technology/ Class room material-notes

All India Radio / DTH can bring in education channels 

3.                  HRD Ministry to play important role in this area. To reach to everyone  - Telecast / DTH providers can help in this subject to promote education. DD channel could be a good point to start. If government gives some special tax benefits then lot of private DTH providers and private parties also comes in front.

4.                  For Microsoft itself this is really good opportunity to promote “Bing” by investing in education program. Quality of service will help them to connect with all internet users, mobile users, also they can bring live education channel through DTH.

Cable / Mobile Network Pollution: 

My one friend came from Finland for business purpose & visiting India and she said she has heard that lots of cable & electricity Jhal and spread in India also caw are roaming in roads , She urge me that she want to to see the same . I was really feeling shame and after the sometime, I said to Merja, India is developing country and every day we are growing /developing the things, policies and adopting the best practices. I request her to not to project this kind of image in front of world and requested not to take this kind of picture. being an Indian we are not feeling good

As I know

1. Earlier we are paying cable operator 75/- to 100/- per month ,

2. Many places people are not paying up to year,

3. There was no service tax ,



Now a day’s big player comes in fiels and for same service

1. They are charging 231 /- to 500/- per month , In the name of digital and HD service

2. They are charging lots of extra amount which is not worth. But garbage wiring arrangement of cable and electricity as it is .



I would like to request to State Government as well as central government in India



1. To keep general public in mind and bring some policy /bill in this area , so that Aim of Clean India can be achieved

2. General Public will get service maximum / not more than 100/- per month for digitization,

3. Maximum cost of set up box should not be more then 500/- .

Improving performance of Public Sector Banks

The information provided below highlights the performance of Public Sector Banks vis-à-vis Old Private Sector Banks and New Private Sector Banks. It can be observed that there is a huge scope for improvement of Public Sector Banks in all parameters, especially efficiency parameters.

1.               Public can submit request at any branch in India. 

2.               Approval should be on mail or mobile one time password authentication. This is security requirement and bank should not be charge any thing extra as a social responsibility as a government bank. If they also behaving like other private bank (profit center / Business) then for bank also penalty clause should be mention.

3.               For adding third party name we should not be able visit again and again home branch for approval it should be approved on registered mail on a/c. this is loop pole at SBI process.

4.                I know I required ATM debit card  but process is too tough in a fist visit I have to apply  then need to visit branch for password , do you really thing policies in the name of security  is user friendly and as per market trend this should be  online generated or on mail. Request should be online or on mail or customer care

6.                SMS charges. requested to stopped this facility because banks  (HDFC, SBI charging 15/- + service charge =17 /- per quarter but this does not mean that bank will removed my mobile number  this is against KYC and Banking security Policy.

7.               If damage note comes from bank ATM M/C  and bank harassing customer by wasting customer time and exchanging the note , so bank is not giving any favor it is bank fault that they have inter wrong note so that customer get trouble their should be some penalty clause for bank also means bank need to pay 5 to 10 time of amount for their mistake.

8.               Fake note Issue from bank ATM . If Fake note comes from Bank ATM  then bank harassing customer to go to ATM and banks and showing its vendor mistake we have out source feeding ATM . no  witten rule information with bank and customer care how to handle this kind of cases. and after wasting 2 month of customer if bank returning same amount to customer . So it is not fare. because this is bank mistake why should customer bear . 100 times of penalty have to be paid by bank for their mistake.

Case- 1: I have asked for net banking, so they have given only view only  what is it mean ..next time after six month during my home town visit again i requested for third party transaction  then they have given , today I want to add benefice again i need to visit home SBI Branch  that is not user friendly

Case-2: Mobile SMS Charges: I have requested to stopped this because mobile SMS Charges bank are charging 17 /- per quarter but it does not means to removed Mobile number  linking from  bank a/c.

SBI -failing in online connectivity - and KYC nomes as per RBI. 

Case-3: I have also requested 2 time in written application in bank  to update my e- mail ID  but still it is not updated otherwise it is really helpful  during the add benefice  to check and full fill security related requirement.

I have my personal feeling SBI bank is fail in security related  requirement feature . as concern as security related feature it is banking requirement  so no charges has to be deducted for e-mail alert or mobile SMS alert. this should be as per RBI  security requirement. SBI only difficult the process but really not working in public benefit. SBi also behaving like other private banks for their own benefit only. but i feel banking should have some social responsibility  they should not establish charges for everything. 

Case-4: Debit card was damage so I have requested to closed on 4th Feb2014 but still bank has charge 112/- on 10 Feb 2014 how this kind of mistakes done buy banking. there should be penalty clause on bank also.

हर घर गैस पाइपलाइन  - घर की लक्ष्मी  खुश  तभी  तो देश भी खुश 

सभी इंडीविसुअल  परिवार  के लिए गैस पाइप कनेक्शन अनिवार्य  यदि नहीं चाहते तो लिखित में एप्लीकेशन देनी पड़ेगी। 

अगर कोई सोसाइटी गैस पाइप कनेक्शन नहीं  चाहती तो 51% फ्लैट ओनर के साथ  लिखित में  होगा। 

गैस पाइप लाइन  डालने की परमिशन 15 दिन के भीतर  देने की अनिवार्यता हो। 

अगर  किसी बिल्डर सरकारी  संस्था  को आपत्ति हो तो लिखित में देना होगा 

टूटी रोड  जो की  गैस पाइप लाइन  डालते  समय टूटती है  तो रोड रिपेयर  का 60%  भार  नगर निगम  राज्य सरकार  और केंद्र सरकार  उठाए  और 40%   पैसा  गैस  पाइप लाइन कंपनी  से वसूला  जाए  और एक अलग से रोड रिपेयर डिपार्टमेंट  (mini PWD) बनाए    जिसका काम 15 दिन में इस तरह की टूटी  रोड रिपेयर ( लगभग  १ फुट  x  लम्बाई) करना होगा क्युकी प्राइवेट  लोग तो  काम करके टूटी रोड  छोड़  कर  भाग जाए है।  अतः जिम्मेदारी तय होना  अति आवश्यक है।  15 दिन में रिपेयर रोड ना  

गैस लाइन  कम्पनीज  के भी टारगेट तय हो  अचीवे ना  कर पाने पर पेनलिटी  लगाई जाए. 

अभी तो 25 लाख की पापुलेशन में  HCG  ने 25000  कनेक्शन किये है  १० साल मे। 

ऐसा ही कुछ  IGL कभी हाल  है। 

नई कनेक्शन लेते समय कस्टमर से कुछ भी पैसा न लिया जाए  तथा  मंथली  बिल में किस्तों में सिक्योरिटी  का पैसा लिया जाए। एक  बार  इंस्टालेशन  और रोड रिपेयर (सिर्फ सीमेंटेड रोड बनाई जाए )में खर्च पैसा भी एन्ड कस्टमर से 5 सालो में किस्तों में  लिया जाए।  

सभी सोसाइटीज में  गैस पाइप लाइन  डालने से यदि कोई इंटरनल  रोड टूटी है  तो उसे भी सेमेंटरीकरण  कर ठीक  किया जाए.  ( लगभग  १ फुट  x  लम्बाई)
