एक पुराना ग्रुप कॉलेज छोड़ने के बहुत दिनों बाद मिला। वे सभी अच्छे कॅरियर के साथ खूब पैसे कमा रहे थे। वे अपने सबसे फेवरेट प्रोफेसर के घर जाकर मिले।
प्रोफेसर साहब उनके काम के बारे में पूछने लगे।
धीरे-धीरे बात लाइफ में बढ़ती स्ट्रेस और काम के प्रेशर पर आ गयी। इस मुद्दे पर सभी एक मत थे कि, भले वे अब आर्थिक रूप से बहुत मजबूत हों पर उनकी लाइफ में अब वो मजा नहीं रह गया जो पहले हुआ करता था।
प्रोफेसर साहब बड़े ध्यान से उनकी बातें सुन रहे थे, वे अचानक ही उठे और थोड़ी देर बाद किचन से लौटे और बोले,
”डीयर # स्टूडेंट्स, मैं आपके लिए गरमा-गरम कॉफ़ी लेकर आया हूँ , लेकिन प्लीज आप सब किचन में जाकर अपने-अपने लिए कप्स लेते आइये।"
लड़के तेजी से अंदर गए, वहाँ कई तरह के कप रखे हुए थे, सभी अपने लिए अच्छा से अच्छा कप उठाने में लग गये, किसी ने क्रिस्टल का शानदार कप उठाया तो किसी ने पोर्सिलेन का कप सेलेक्ट किया, तो किसी ने शीशे का कप उठाया।
सभी के हाथों में # कॉफीआ गयी तो प्रोफ़ेसर साहब बोले,
"अगर आपने ध्यान दिया हो तो, जो कप दिखने में अच्छे और महंगे थे आपने उन्हें ही चुना और साधारण दिखने वाले कप्स की तरफ ध्यान नहीं दिया। जहाँ एक तरफ अपने लिए सबसे अच्छे की चाह रखना एक नॉर्मल बात है वहीँ दूसरी तरफ ये हमारी लाइफ में प्रॉब्लम्स और स्ट्रेस लेकर आता है।
फ्रेंड्स, ये तो पक्का है है कि कप चाय की क्वालिटी में कोई बदलाव नहीं लाता। ये तो बस एक जरिया है जिसके माध्यम से आप कॉफी पीते है। असल में जो आपको चाहिए था वो बस कॉफ़ी थी, कप नहीं, पर फिर भी आप सब सबसे अच्छे कप के पीछे ही गए और अपना लेने के बाद दूसरों के कप निहारने लगे।"

मुफ्त गैस कनेक्शन के बारे में 2015 में भारत में प्रधानमंत्री उज्जवला योजना की शुरुआत हुई थी। इस योजना के अंतर्गत, गरीब और वंचित घरों को मुफ्त गैस कनेक्शन प्रदान किया गया। यह योजना उन लोगों को लक्ष्य बनाती थी जो गैस कनेक्शन की अभावी थे और इसलिए अग्निशमन के खतरे में थे। इस योजना के तहत, सरकार ने मुख्य रूप से गरीब बालिकाओं, महिलाओं और अन्य समाज के वंचित वर्गों को लाभार्थी बनाया। यह एक प्रमुख उपाय था जो गरीब और वंचित वर्गों को स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा के साथ-साथ अधिक साफ वस्त्र खाने की संभावना देने के लिए किया गया।

 

प्रधानमंत्री उज्जवला योजना की शुरुआत 1 मई 2016 को हुई थी। इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य गरीब और वंचित वर्गों को आग के खतरे से मुक्ति दिलाना और उन्हें स्वच्छ पाकिस्तान की ओर बढ़ने का एक कदम उठाना था। इस योजना के अंतर्गत, गरीब परिवारों को मुफ्त गैस कनेक्शन प्रदान किया गया।

इस योजना में पात्रता के मानदंड कुछ ऐसे थे:

1. योजना के तहत, भारतीय नागरिक जो बीपीएल (बीलो के आधार पर जनसंख्या) कार्ड धारक हैं, उन्हें योजना के अंतर्गत निःशुल्क गैस कनेक्शन प्रदान किया गया।

2. योजना के अंतर्गत, कनेक्शन के लिए सिलेंडर, प्रेस्चर रेगुलेटर, स्टोव आदि की भी मुफ्त आपूर्ति की गई।

3. इसके अलावा, योजना के तहत धारकों को सम्बंधित राज्य सरकार की तरफ से आवश्यकता होने पर वार्षिक आय सहायता भी प्रदान की गई।

यह योजना महिलाओं को विशेष ध्यान में रखते हुए शुरू की गई थी, क्योंकि उन्हें परिवार के भोजन की खास जिम्मेदारी होती है। इससे वे खाने पकाने में सुरक्षित और साफ जल प्राप्त कर सकती हैं, जो उनके स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण है।

E -राशन कार्ड है तो सरकार सिर्फ नए नए कार्ड बना पैसा क्यों बर्बाद कर रही है। 

आज हर व्यक्ति का आधार कार्ड है जो unique है। उसे  object लिंकिंग कर नया डेटा आधार डेटा बेस से बनाया जा सकता है। आधार existing डेटा बेस में वोटर id , परिवार id , national population register आदि को जोड़ सरकार का करोड़ो, खरबो बचाया जा सकता है तो फिर नए नए कार्ड बनाने के नाम पर corruption क्यों हो रहा है।

एक देश है तो सिर्फ एक ही कार्ड होना चाहिए। आधार।

चाहे पैन कार्ड, वोटर id, परिवार पहचान पत्र, Nps कार्ड,  School id कार्ड, रोजगार कार्ड, बैंक account.... एक कर सरकार का कार्ड के नाम पर फालतू व्यय बचाया जा सकता है।

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to bring to your kind attention the growing concern regarding widespread corruption in various government offices across the state of Haryana in Gurgaon city.

 

The people of Haryana have great faith in the office of the Lokayukta, and we believe that an impartial and thorough investigation by your esteemed office will bring to light the truth behind these allegations. It is our hope that the investigation will lead to necessary actions against those found guilty and will serve as a deterrent to such practices in the future.

2. Government official intentionally disclosing complainer information as a motive so that complainer will get threatening calls. Please use XXX method to safeguard life threatening of any individual who is working in public interest.

जनहित  में मै  आप के संज्ञान में लाना चाहता हूँ

 

1.      Undue advantages as a motive or reward by Government offices by delaying /ignoring performing improperly or dishonestly a public duty.

2.      Breach of trust, dishonesty, fraud, misrepresentation, impartiality, and fairness in public decision-making, distorting the rule of law

3.      Intentionally assigning grievances to the wrong teams to cause further delays and evade accountability.

4.      These actions not only compromise the principles of justice and integrity within the government dept of Gurgaon haryana but also erode public trust in the department's ability to fairly and impartially enforce the law.

5.      Over Favoring to their known by Government Officials to gain hidden benefits.

6.      willfully neglects his duties required to be performed by government officials.

8.      मुझे लगता है  कि ठेकेदार ओर Government offices MCG/DTP/GMDA की मिलीभगत से सिर्फ सरकारी खजाने पर बार बार डकैती होती काम नही।

9.      मुझे लगता है  कि गटर वरावस्था चुस्त है टाउन प्लानिंग करप्शन में मस्त है। corruption कि पराकाष्ठा।

10.   समय से टैक्स दे जनता ने देश के लिए योगदान किया। क्या सरकार ने अपना काम ईमानदारी से किया

12.   नया गुडगाँव है तो गटर  और वाटरहार्वेस्टिंग व्यवस्था में टाउन प्लानिंग ने क्यों ध्यान नहीं दिया।  

13.   क्या सारा समय न्यूज़ पेपर में फोटो खिचवाने और FIR की सिफारिश करने में ही लगा दिया। 

14.   ख़राब व्यवस्थाओ के लिए पूरी तरह टाउन प्लानिंग जिम्मेदार

15.   NGT वर्षा का जल संरक्षण संचयन सारे इंतजाम धराशायी रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग नीति समस्या

16.   किसी के 60 साल किसी के 8 साल कोई बदलाव नही सिर्फ corruption।

17.   सभी पुरानी  सोइटियो में गैस पाइप लाइन अभी तक नहीं आई  इसको सुनिश्चित करने के लिए टाउन प्लानिंग ने क्या किया

1. 1.      Publicly visible corruption issue in general services need to resolve on high priority.
2. 2.      Appropriate action and penalties on responsible officer and head of department to avoid future similar kind of issue.
3. 3.      Request from Lokayukta, Government of India and Anti-Corruption Bureau for investigation of corruption at government offices and resolve the issue from root.
4. 4.      गटर व्यवस्था खराब व्यवस्थाओ के लिए सरकारी संस्थानों पर पेनाल्टी लगें। केवल टैक्स लेना सरकार का काम नहीं।
