हम अच्छी सेवाओं के लिए रेलवे को GST का भुगतान करते हैं. ट्रेन देर से चल रहे हैं तो क्यों पेनल्टी क्लॉज लापता है. रेलवे टिकट राशि का 10 गुना 2 घंटे तो देर से अधिक ट्रेन के लिए Railway द्वारा भुगतान किया जाना चाहिए.


#Budget2018 अच्छी सर्विस के लिए GST है तो खराब सर्विस के लिए GOVERNMENT पर पेनलिटी भी हो। 10 गुना रेल टिकट का सरकार दे

Increasing the rail kiraya is not only the solution to overcome from operating cost. Something should be beyond the profitability Rail kiraya should be reduce to 50%



Thinking IRCTC / ministry of railways should take some good step to find out alternate source of income to reduce rail kiraya .
we hear that railway has given concept study to EY company but in a year, no ground level Implementation.




Railway ministry and Suresh Prabhu ji only believing in hiking railway fare but ground level no improvement in quality of services.

Railway ministry only hiding their operational deficiency by hiking railway fare. they are not working on alternate source of income. Before implementing any cess or tax government should define penalty clause for operational failure of delivering the quality services. Safety, security so on .
Suggestion:


50 % of reduction in Rail fair is practically Possible. We should not get impression like Modi government has looted us in every activity.



§ Solar Panels to reduced alternative source of energy and reduce power dependency for saving government money.

§ Advertisement on rail coaches inside & outside. Frame need to be established.

§ Advertisement on railway station and all platforms. Ex. Hotels & tourist places, education, food chain, insurance etc.

§ Modernization of railway platform & stations like metro rail station.

§ Increasing the competition in mobile /telecom / internet in each platform of station, all service provider need to be invited to establish their setup for increasing quality of service in public benefit. Govt. income increase from lease on these services.

§ Increasing the competition in food chain and restaurant inside the platform or railway station- all big food chain supplier need to be invite like Tata, Birla, Reliance, Haldiram, Agarwal sweets, Nestle, Mahindra, Pepsi, IRCTC, many more dedicated Indian companies for India economy growth. To reduce black money all transaction should be bar coded or computerize with pan / tin Number associated in all food corners.

§ Ratio of food chain corners at least 8-10 per platform.

§ To increase the tourist special coach for NRI, outside country people, ticket should be always available .To promote tourist places in train way. International standard should be follow in these coaches.

§ Special trains for easy to reachable on tourist places, complete package.

§ All railway station should be like small mall all facility should be available like movie, food cloth, maybe they can restrict /separate the way to go inside the real rail platform to maintain the security. Government like the idea – I am thankful for the same but people are too smart they have unjustified prices to fail the concept. Maximum price should be 1 RS Lt. to Implement minimum or plastic free railway in India

May be people running like bisleri / Rail Neel crate handles so that idea will not implement.

Quality of service delivery is very important: so only big player



Just like aqua guard establish big filter machine at station they are filling bottle at proposed cost 1/- per letter / per Bottle.



Strong Penalty clause for poor service, for any manipulation



Measurable: Digital display has to be shown for purity of water. RO, UV, Maintenance of Machine, filter replace every and service

How can rail ministry or IRCTC reduce the rail Kiraya ? Possibility







In India population is more than 125 caror and we are unable to get good food and water in Railway Station and bus stop.



If some big player comes in this field just like Relience, Haldiram, many more renowned Indian companies and they establish their stall in every railway station and bus stop then automatically employment Increase and due to completion food quality improve and because they are big player they have to maintain quality everywhere. General public will also get some assurance.

Government also gets earning resource from them, through advertisement in station just like Metro.

As we know about India is country of culture , supporting family culture and joint family culture , respective senior citizen But due to recent western trend these value missing to re-establish the link government should have to come with new solution

1. Special reservation for senior citizen in railway means at least lower birth confirmation if person is senior citizen

2. Surety of reservation if senior citizen travelling in railway

3. Current system in railway ticket reservation is not perfect intelligent. Most of the time if we choose lower birth ticket required ticket was not booked and money goes in fail transaction. Or if we choose none to at least book the ticket it gives middle or upper birth in railways train. So lower seat reservation quota should be introduce by railway government for senior citizen , handicap person, pregnant women, and girls like in our metro train. Proper reservation marking should be defined in our new train system.

ट्रेन से सफर करने वाले लोगों के लिए आईआरसीटीसी की साइट से टिकट कटाने का अनुभव और अच्छा होने वाला है। इस साइट पर पहले के मुकाबले काफी तेजी से टिकट कटने शुरू हो गए हैं। अब ऑनलाइन रिजर्वेशन कराते वक्त कोच और सीट नंबर चुनने के विकल्प भी मिलेंगे। आईआरसीटीसी के सूत्र ने इसके शुरू होने को लेकर कोई समयसीमा बताने से इनकार कर दिया, लेकिन संभावना जताई कि इस साल 15 अगस्त से यह विकल्प मिलना शुरू हो सकता है।



रेल मंत्री सदानंद गौड़ा ने अपने बजटीय भाषण में कहा था, '2014-15 वित्त वर्ष में ऑनलाइन टिकटिंग सुविधाओं का विस्तार होगा। लोग ट्रेन, कोच और सीट ऑनलाइन बुक कर सकेंगे।' रेलवे आने वाले दिनों में अनरिजर्व्ड और प्लैटफॉर्म टिकटों की बिक्री ऑनलाइन शुरू करने की योजना बना रहा है। आईआरसीटीसी के टिकटिंग प्लैटफॉर्म को अपग्रेड करने के बाद इन सेवाओं पर काम शुरू होने जा रहा है। टिकटिंग प्लैटफॉर्म अपग्रेड होने के बाद आईआरसीटीसी की साइट से प्रति मिनट पहले के 2000 के मुकाबले 7200 टिकट कटने शुरू हो गए हैं। इसके अलावा अब आईआरसीटीसी की साइट पर एक साथ एक लाख 20 हजार यूजर लॉग-इन कर सकते हैं।

अब रेलवे का इरादा अपने ऑनलाइन टिकटिंग प्लैटफॉर्म को उस स्तर पर ले जाने का है, जिसके तहत लोगों को कोच और सीट चुनने का विकल्प मिलेगा। इसका फायदा यह होगा कि लोगों को लॉटरी सिस्टम से छुट्टी मिल सकेगी। कई बार बुजुर्गों और महिलाओं काफी पीछे या एकदम इंजन के पास के कोचों में सीटें मिलने पर काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है। अभी ऑनलाइन टिकट बुक करने पर केवल लोअर, मिडिल, अपर, साइड लोओर, साइड अपर सीट के ऑप्शन्स आते हैं। सीट नंबर चुनने का विकल्प नहीं मिलता।



बजट की घोषणा के मुताबिक, ट्रेन यात्रा के दौरान यात्रियों को खाने का ज्यादा विकल्प उपलब्ध कराने पर भी रेलवे काम कर रहा है। सके लिए जल्द ही कुछ लोकप्रिय फूड चेन से समझौता होने की उम्मीद है। प्रस्ताव के मुताबिक यात्री को इंटरनेट बुकिंग साइट पर खाने का ऑर्डर करते वक्त अपना नाम, ट्रेन का नाम, कोच और बर्थ नंबर देना होगा और निर्धारित स्टेशन पर उनकी सीट पर खाना पहुंचा दिया जाएगा। पैसे का भुगतान डिलिवरी के वक्त करना होगा। उनके पास पिज्जा, बिरयानी, पास्ता, बर्गर और सैंडविच जैसे कई विकल्प होंगे।



रेलवे सूत्रों ने बताया कि इसके लिए नई साइट बनाई जाए या आईआरसीटीसी की साइट पर ही लिंक दिया जाए, इस पर जल्द ही फैसला कर लिया जाएगा। सप्लायर एजेंसी को चुनने के लिए नीलामी प्रक्रिया का सहारा लिया जाएगा।

Issue : All Senior Citizen got Upper and middle seat in booking – it is drawback or incapability of railway software or insensitivity of Railway /IRCTC . There should be some penalty clause for railway also





Dear Customer,
Please note that your reservation request is processed by the centralized Passenger Reservation System (PRS) of Railways and allotment of accommodation is done by the System without any manual intervention. The berths are allotted based on the system logic, depending on availability at that point of time. Further the reservation through the Internet is being done against the general quota and specific accommodation is not earmarked for the purpose of Internet reservations.

Please note that at the time of journey you can request the fellow-passengers for change of the seats. It is not possible to change the berth after booking.

Kindly note that according to Railway Rules SS Quota will be applied if there is only one Senior Citizen (of the age 45 and above for females and 60 and above for males) in one transaction and seats will be allotted according to it. SS Quota will not be considered for the transaction in which there are more than one Senior Citizen.

Railway zone - reservation system - digital display hang on every counter , and passenger reservation form have unique no . passenger can go to any counter as mention on display board, means passenger need not to be stand for perticular row. it will faster the reservation process- in 15 min passenger will get ticket and no agent , no malpractice will happen, this best practice adopted by many hospitals and banks. this should be implement in every station. budget should have to be assign for this kind of best practice

Reservation Facilities Provided to Senior Citizen and Female Passengers Including Pregnant Women

With a view to facilitating provisions of lower berths to senior citizens and female passengers, following facilities are available:-



(i) There is a provision in the computerized Passenger Reservation System (PRS) to allot lower berth automatically to male passengers above the age of 60 years and female passengers above the age of 45 years subject to availability of the same at the time of booking of ticket.



(ii) A combined reservation quota of two lower berths per coach is earmarked in Sleeper, AC 3Tier and AC 2Tier for following category of passengers when travelling alone:
a. Senior citizens;
b. Female passengers 45 years of age and above; and
c. Pregnant women.



(iii) Instructions are also there to assist senior citizens and physically handicapped persons who have been allotted middle/upper berths by allotting them vacant lower berths available in the train by the ticket checking staff on first come first served basis (after making necessary entry in the reservation chart).



(iv) A six berths compartment in Sleeper Class is also earmarked in long distance Mail/Express trains for female passengers.



(v) It has now been decided that:-

The existing combined quota of two lower berths per coach in Sleeper class earmarked for senior citizens, female passengers 45 years of age and above and pregnant women (when travelling alone) may be enhanced to four lower berths per coach. There will, however, be no change in this quota being earmarked in 3A and 2A classes.

· The scope of instructions regarding assisting senior citizens and physically handicapped persons in getting lower berths in the train has been expanded to include pregnant women also. Hence, onboard ticket checking staff are now authorised to allot vacant lower berths available in the train to senior citizens, physically handicapped persons and pregnant women (who have been allotted middle/upper berths), on approach, on first come first served basis after making necessary entry in the chart.

It has also been decided that the existing reservation quota of six berths for female passengers being earmarked in long distance Mail/Express trains should be in the middle of the coach and also to the extent feasible, the senior citizen quota should be earmarked in the middle of the coach.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed on 10.04.2015 between the Ministry of Railways and the National Institute of Design (N.I.D.), Ahmedabad for setting up of a Railway Design Centre at N.I.D. campus, Ahmedabad.

Railway Design Centre at N.I.D. has become operational since May 2015.

244 no. of escalators at 96 Railway stations & 101 no. of lifts at 44 Railway stations have been provided over the Indian Railways. In addition, 400 escalators at 171 Railway stations & 400 no. of lifts at 168 Railway stations have been sanctioned across Indian Railways, which will be provided progressively as per availability of fund.

one toilet on the ground floor & at least one drinking water tap suitable for use by disabled persons and ‘May I help You’ Booth, have been planned at all stations beginning with ‘A1’, ‘A’ and ‘B’ category stations.
